l	lightningshard2 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are now two weeks in to using the wood stove we had installed back in June, and we are more than happy with it - we wish we had done this years ago in fact ! We have a house that many moons ago had an oil fired furnace, so there was a chimney with an opening in the basement available. We are finding that not only does it heat the whole basement, but the warm air flows upstairs nicely as well. We are also finding that the next morning the whole house is gently warm too -- very nice. We talked to three local companies about wood stoves. The first one kinda fizzled out after getting a quote when questions just didn't get a response. The following spring we talked to two other companies and after umming and ahhhing for months, finally went with Heat Savers. The deciding factor wasn't the merits of the different stoves, but in the end it was the process of dealing with Brett the sales guy. He just gently kept in touch every month or so, not hassling but saying hi. No question was too much trouble to answer, even ones he had to go away and research the answers to. In the end there was no "decision" to make, we went with a Pacific Energy stove from these guys. The installation crew were really nice too, and left nothing to clean up after them. We are very happy both with the stove and the experience - we recommend Brett and Heat Savers

We scheduled a quick inspection for a few days later to make sure the installation could proceed, which also went well. We put ourselves on the cancellation list and ended up getting the fireplace installed 2 weeks early, or about 1 week after that inspection was done. Overall a fantastic experience, and I won't hesitate to recommend Heat Savers to other folks.

William, in service, procured the part which was amazing in this environment of supply chain issues. The problem was solved within days of the initial service call. Great service all around!!

Brett and all the staff that I dealt with there were helpful, pleasant and accommodating. I had to change my order twice from the original order and both times it was absolutely no problem and Brett easily accommodated my changing situation. The installation crew was on time, polite, friendly, and got the job done efficiently.The Valor unit that I purchased looks great and the quality is what I expected. I have no problem in recommending Heat Savers to anyone who is shopping for a fireplace. It was, for me, a good experience.

A couple years back, Brett at Heat Savers helped us transition one of our fireplaces over to gas. It has been a lifesaver! Heat Savers came and installed the fireplace and it made our lives significantly easier. I have peace of mind knowing my wife can easily get a fire going without going outside for wood. We actually loved it so much that we spent the past year transitioning our other 2 fireplaces to gas as well. This past winter was particularly cold, but the new gas fireplaces kept us cozy and warm.
