Their pricing was competitive. Mark was our point of contact through the process. The process went smoothly and they were respectful in our home. Our experience is that Accutemp is a business that lives up to a service commitment and provides value.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been in a back and forth with Mark and Accutemp for 6 months. The quoting process was slow, and trying to get any adequate update from the admin team was nearly impossible.
They asked us to remove the initial review over 2 months ago about their lack of communication, but after doing so, they went back to not giving any updates to the project process. All we expect is some basic communication.
We don't expect to be pushed forward in line, but would appreciate an update or response. It shouldn't take a review to get a response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently installed a heat pump for our business and Accutemp was absolutely amazing to work with. Mark was our project manager and he was fantastic at communication and helping with hydro upgrades. Daniel and Geoff were very professional and took the time to teach me how things work and what to do to maintain each unit. They also cleaned up after themselves as they went along so you would never know they were there. We highly recommend Accutemp!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In December 2021 Accutemp was called in to service my residential heat pump and furnace. Service on the heat pump seemed to have gone smoothly; however the furnace issue persists after a 500$+ bill. Three technicians came to our place and after a few hours the only change was an installation of a vent. Which now results in the basement being extremely hot and the third floor being ice cold. The third technician was all doom and gloom saying I will most likely always have these issues. For billing I had to call twice through a period of a month; in order to receive the invoice.
As mentioned above the issue remains... Unsolved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two years ago Accutemp installed a new heat pump to replace our old oil furnace. Installation was on time and finished quickly. Technicians were courteous and professional. Overall the installation experience was positive, except...
As they were cleaning up, the tech took me through to look at the installation. I had moved a bookcase to allow access to the old furnace and I noticed the air filter had been installed in a location that would become impossible to access when the bookcase was put back. I mentioned this at the time and the tech cut the back of the duct out so the filter could be pulled out from the other side. I thought this would be okay, until I actually tried to remove the filter through this new opening and discovered it was impossible.
I have phoned and sent emails many times since to try to have someone come out to look at the problem, without a single response. A tech comes out every year to do a regular service on the heat pump and every year I have asked that they have someone contact me about this, but nothing has ever happened. The most recent was two weeks ago. I was assured the sales rep would contact me, but so far I have heard nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used Accutemp to install a multi zone heat pump system. Mark visited our place a few times, did a thorough assessment before giving me a quote. He was very professional, respectful and responsive throughout the process. I changed my mind a few times about our needs while I was assessing the costs and priorities, had lots of questions about available rebates and Mark was very understanding and helpful. On the day of installation, a team of four showed up led by Heather, all professional and did a very good job. On the last day Heather made sure every things is done properly and in a timely manner. Overall, I was very happy with the level of service I received. Definitely recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A quick note to express our complete satisfaction with the entire process of getting a dual zone heat pump for our home, from Mark and Jason’s initial estimate to the completed installation.
Your installation crew was here around 9:00 am yesterday morning, as promised, and they had completed the job by 4:00 pm, leaving their work site clean, neat and tidy.
We would be happy to recommend AccuTemp to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called Accutemp and it took a few weeks and then Andrew came and gave us the estimate for the new heat pump we wanted for our home. The price was excellent and within 2 weeks Andrew had the crew in our home to install the heat pump. I have never in my life ever dealt with more honest up front people as I did with Andrew and the staff at Accutemp. From the lady at the front desk who arranged the estimate to Dan the fellow who installed the system and to his electrician who wired it all up, we were more than impressed. Andrew showed me the simple way to get the rebates from Hydro and within 2 weeks I had my rebate. We paid a little extra for the extra warranty and now we sit in a warm home with no worries. We very highly recommend Accutemp and would use them again and again just wish there were more companies out there like Accutemp.
