I attempted to reach them multiple times and although they claimed to have sent me an email that was never received, the person on the phone was extremely defensive and non apologetic. They also continued to be defensive and condescending about the issue I was having. I will not be going through them again, and I do not recommend this business. I paid this company 330 dollars for a one hour job, and this is the kind of response I receive….extremely unprofessional.

Bridgeman Plumbing was the ONLY business to respond! And in less than 24 hours! Their responsiveness is top-notch and I would highly recommend Bridgeman Plumbing & Heating Ltd. to everyone who needs prompt help!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big shout out to Chris, Ryan, Steve and the rest of the crew at Bridgeman Plumbing and Heating. We recently had a new furnace, tankless hot water heater and fireplace insert installed by Bridgeman. The guys were all great, very professional and super to work with. The work was done on time and we're very happy with the result. What's more, Chris said if we have any issues just to give them a call - they stand behind there work 100%. Thanks guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a hot water tank replaced and an estimate to install a heat pump system in the house. Jordan installed the tank and was very professional and friendly as well as Ryan who inspected the house for the heat pump. Both were very knowledgeable. Bridgeman’s pricing was better than other companies I checked out.
I highly recommended.

Worst company we have ever dealt with.
Bridgeman Plumbing quoted, sold and installed a mini split heat pump with three indoor units. Bridgeman Plumbing appears to have no qualified HVAC Refrigeration Technicians, another company was sent to charge and enable the system. Also the heat pump was never tested after installation.
The indoor unit in our bedroom made a ticking sound, even when all three units were powered off. Bridgeman Plumbing technical staff came out twice and were unable to resolve the heat pump problem. Chris Bridgeman recommended turning the main breaker off at night to get the ticking to stop. After this Bridgeman Plumbing stopped answering calls and Chris Bridgeman wouldn't return messages. Turning off all heat to the house every night is not a long term solution.
I called Bridgeman Plumbing every couple of days for weeks, the calls were not answered. I left messages that Chris Bridgeman never returned. When someone finally answered, I was very frustrated and upset, he told me he couldn't help and I had to speak to Chris Bridgeman. Chris Bridgeman would never speak to me. We finally paid another company, they diagnosed a manufacturing fault and recommended Bridgeman Plumbing needed to do a warranty replacement. This was not possible because Bridgeman Plumbing wouldn't answer the phone and Chris Bridgeman wouldn’t return messages. We ended up paying the other company to remove the faulty unit.
The only thing Bridgeman Plumbing did quickly was cash the cheque. We also lost $5000 because Bridgeman Plumbing installed a heat pump that doesn’t qualify for the Canada Government Greener Home rebate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brian was awesome, back in July of 2021. Had my gas water heater replaced, texted to Brian the info of my old tank, with all the photos he needed, without coming to my place and look at it. He did the ordering of the tank, within the week, we got our new tank. Even told roan, we are not home, at work, gave him the garage code number to get in. By the time we get home from work, it was all done and no debris left behind. Good job, Bridgeman Plumbing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not use Bridgeman.
Installed tankless water heater and gas furnace.
The main installer was responsible for three separate leaks in our gas line which resulted in a job site investigation by Technical Safety BC. The investigation found Bridgeman did not perform any of the required testing on the gas line they installed. In addition to the gas leaks the installer shorted two electrical circuits, didn't install critical components for the tankless water heater and failed to complete the install of the condensate pump on the furnace. Rude and condescending to both my wife and me, he even bad mouthed his own boss during the install.
Owner was not any better. Defensive and argumentative when we brought up our concerns, blamed his own employees for the quote we received and attempted to pressure us into paying our outstanding balance before the job was even complete.
Extremely disappointing experience highlighted by poor workmanship and a complete disregard for safety regulations.
Avoid Bridgeman at all costs!!!
