★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the second time in about six months I had Next Level Detail do a complete ceramic coating for me. The first was on a 2021 Mustang Mach E and when I did my research, it led me to Tyler and Next Level Detail. The shop picked up my vehicle from the dealership, did all necessary prep, then applied a beautiful ceramic coating that was absolutely flawless. Fast forward to six months later and I decided to scrap the idea of going fully EV and went back to a gasoline powered Mustang… without a doubt I told my dealership that I wanted Next Level Detail to handle the ceramic coating. This time Tyler recommended a new superior coating that recently came to the scene, one I would not have known about if it wasn’t for their suggestion. So fully trusting Next Level Detail, I went ahead with their recommendation and wow, my 2021 Mustang looks amazing! There was light rain on the day I picked it up, but once I drove off the lot and hit the gas, the water disappeared. Beautiful shine, amazing service and always perfect communication. I also want to mention that I live in Richmond and would easily travel to Vancouver Island to have Next Level Detail handle all of my ceramic coating needs and beyond. Exceptional place to do business that I highly recommend.
