I was unexpectedly out of town during a kitchen Reno and Jason and his team went above and beyond to ensure the installation of plumbing/gas lines were completed before the installation of the drywall. They even fixed a previous plumbers error and pulled a permit on the spot to complete the job during the very small window of time there was in order to ensure there were no delays on the overall Reno. Very appreciative to have found an outstanding company like this! Thank you!

Jason arrived for our scheduled appointment exactly on time. He was friendly and knowledgeable - was able to quickly review our home set up and ended up advising us to stay with electricity as converting to gas would be extremely expensive. He basically talked himself out of a job but left us fully informed all of our options and the costs associated. I would highly recommend this company.

Just finished a kitchen renovation and Good Grade Plumbing was by far the best trade to work with. Always did everything exactly when they said they would and were always available to answer questions and help solve problems. The estimate was more than reasonable and the final bill as expected with no surprises. Couldn't ask for better.

We have used Good Grade Plumbing for a number of years now. They always offer great service. We recently had a leak in our kitchen sink drain pipe. With connections to our dishwasher, and a double sink, it was too complicated a job for me to deal with. I contacted Good Grade Plumbing on Thursday, they were able to arrive the following day promptly at the specified time. Repair cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend Good Grade Plumbing. Had Good Grade in to do some kitchen plumbing work and also run gas lines to a new Propane Stove and Deck box. Their work was great and their staff were personable and friendly. Zeb is awesome and did most of my work while Jenn was great converting and hooking up my gas rangetop.

The service I received from Good Grade Plumbing was nothing short of exceptional. They were over all punctual, swift, and polite at all times, in addition to doing excellent work. Owen answered all my questions in straight forward terms, with no hint of patronizing a female who is asking questions about technicalities. He noticed that I had a free-standing air-filter and asked whether I'd like a UV filter attached to the new system. This was perfect as the pandemic was in it's early stages: I'm so grateful he noticed that, as I hadn't known it was available so would not have thought to ask. The installation was smooth and efficient. I was already very impressed with the company. Where Owen really went above and beyond the call of duty was when, just a few days after the installation of my heating and on demand hot water system, the water went cold! which meant the heating wouldn't come on either!! I called him about 7 am on a weekday morning and he was there before 9 am to restart the system. He explained the possible causes to me, but that it wasn't clear why this had happened, unless there was low gas pressure, which is almost unheard of. He then showed me how to re-light it, should it turn off again. When the system had to be restarted several times over the week-end, showing the same error message, I wasn't happy! Owen came round first thing Monday morning. He said that, as it is a once- in- a- blue moon occurrence for gas pressure to be too low he would check over the whole good grade system for any problems. When his check came out absolutely clean, he told me that either the gas pressure was low, or there was a problem in a small length of pipe that he couldn't access to check out, because it was within a wall. you can imagine what I thought I might be facing: walls torn open, expense and mess! Then Owen told me to tell the Fortis Gas man when he came round. And it was a good thing he told me that! The first words out of the Fortis Gas man's mouth were "slim to none chance it's low gas pressure" But he took it seriously when I replied "that's what good grade plumbing said "once in a blue moon" and they told me to tell you this..." Apparently, if i hadn't said the magic words "good grade plumbing" he'd only have checked that I had gas pressure (which I did),not whether it was sufficient (which it certainly was not) It turned out that there was less than 1/10th of the gas pressure there should have been, and it was affecting many houses. We were all without gas for about 24 hours, with Fortis working through the night to fix the problem. Since having sufficient pressure, there have been no more problems! Everyone from Good Grade also cleaned up really well after themselves. Zeb, who fitted my UV filter, left the carpet immaculate: cleaner that it had been when we arrived! Everyone in the office was very helpful and friendly too, they assisted me with the paperwork for the rebates for moving to a more environmentally friendly heating system! I certainly give Good Grade Plumbing a top grade for capability and service!
