★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a review of their service but when driving last night I saw the company van nearly hit two people at separate intersections within three city blocks along Fairfield. Please slow down and look for pedestrians.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fellow came on time and did a very good job at finding where the air was getting into my kitchen sink line, and fixing it. He put in the new pieces that were needed but didn't put in new pieces that weren't needed. He cleaned up very well and didn't leave a mess.
He was pleasant to talk to and told me what was wrong and what he was fixing.
I felt sorry for him working in that cramped hard to get to area but he never complained.
I'm sorry I don't remember his name although he told me trice ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If Ryan was the owner of this company they would have gotten 5 stars. Ryan was quick, friendly and cleaned up the mess with a cloth. Since I had a bad experience trying to make the appt. I dont reccomend this company. Was told to take my business elsewhere when trying to tell him he failed 2 times to call me to come by. Tired to say I was wrong. When he doubled checked his paper work he seen he was incorrect. I couldn't take my business elsewhere as it is what our housing uses when plumbing is needed. I am pretty sure I didnt speak with Ryan on the phone when booking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first met Mark during an issue which our basement flooded. The insurance co. recommended them and we have been using them since. Mark is the best plumber we have ever met. Detailed, professional, excellent communication skills and never a problem after. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shawn did a great job replacing hoses, taps, shower attachments etc along with replacing a dishwasher. I found him to be a capable diligent hard worker... That his bill at the end was very reasonable too was an added bonus....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would 100% recommend this company. Left a message and they called back within 5 minutes and were here to put in a new hot water tank the next day. Amazing service and the person who did the install was great, even though the job was a bit more difficult than expected. He even cleaned up and reattached a closet door for us. Competitive pricing too! Thank you Williams team from Jen and all of us at the Great Little Box Company!

All the staff I have dealt with have been honest, informative, professional, on time and respectful.
