★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All I can say is: What a great company of plumbers. My wife and I got into a bad situation when we bought a house with an open plumbing permit, which had a disaster for plumbing. Our municipality's plumbing inspector didn't have much confidence in anybody's ability to fix our system that was completely illegal, and he was swearing that one would have to tear out all of the plumbing and re do the entire system. Enter Kieran and Drain Brain. Kieran was a friendly, smart, and obviously knowledgeable plumber, he came in and assessed the system quickly, alleviated my concerns about a huge job, said it wouldn't be a big deal to fix it. Kieran and his apprentice Massa came back when they said they would, they were very quick (3.5 hours) despite the scope of the job and booked an inspection for us promptly. Kieran and Andy came on inspection day on time and got the system ready for the inspector, and I got to chatting with these two. What good honest tradesmen, I never have good experiences with service people but these two were fantastic. The inspector came and passed the system quickly, and a huge nightmare was averted. I know who I'll be calling for my plumbing needs in the future, you have a customer for life. Thanks Drain Brain!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When my bathroom and laundry room flooded, I contacted a couple other big name companies and they wanted me to wait a day or two.....when I contacted Kieran, he instantly returned my call and they were at my place within 3 hours. They were curtious, efficient, and explained everything that was going on to me in layman's terms. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of this type of service. They are my go to guys now for sure.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend Drain Brain Plumbing in Victoria, BC. Kieran was so patient with me when I was deciding between two different sinks and faucet combinations in my main bathroom. I had him loosely install both, then decided on the first one in the end. His rates were much better than the other quotes I got, and I am very pleased with the professional quality of work. Thanks so much, Drain Brain!! Can't wait to renovate my ensuite next, with your help!
