Highly recommend GAIN Collision. Very polite and professional and did an outstanding job. Even though it was a small job they still provided the same quality, attention and care.

I found Gain Coachwerks collision on the internet. I contacted them on their website with my questions and how they might assist me. Michael Grams replied back to me the same day. I was able to go into the shop later that afternoon to see what they could do for me. I was so happy with how helpful, and professional the management and staff are. They provided me advice and suggestions to help me avoid any future similar circumstances. I can not say enough kind things about what a pleasant experience I had at Gain Coachwerks Collision.

First, keep in mind I am a car enthusiast, I have worked in the automotive industry most of my life, and am VERY picky when it comes to paintwork and a quality job. Now with that being said... GAIN Collision exceeded my expectations! I brought my car in for a small insurance claim. I was rear ended and needed my bumper repainted, as well as a small chip in my rear 1/4 panel, and one new tail light. I dealt with Tracy and Earl over the phone and in person, both where professional, friendly, listened to what I had to say, and obviously cared about a happy end customer! It took us a while to find the correct parts for my vehicle, but thats not on GAIN at all, and is my fault for having difficult to find aftermarket lights imported from Europe. When the lights did finally arrive; From the day that GAIN collision took my car to the day that I got it back was less than a week! When I arrived today to pick the car up, I expected to find slight flaws with the job. I always do. I knew the Coachworks side of GAIN Collision does some of the best work in the world on exotics and classic cars, but was unsure if my insurance claim on a much less special car would get the same treatment. I should have never feared! GAIN Collision exceeded my expectations in this regard. The paint match is near perfect, the texture matches OEM, and it is nearly impossible to see what is factory paint, and what was refinished. There is no overspray on any other parts or panels, and even the seam in my trunk and gas cap show no signs of bad masking, or any sort of imperfection! In the end, I would use Gain collision again, and I would absolutely recommend them to a friend. They put customer satisfaction and quality repairs over all else. They regularly work on cars in the 6-7 Figure range, they deal with customers with deep pockets and high expectations, and they DO NOT forget these same principals when working on your $10,000 daily driver. A great company to deal with from start to finish. Very professional, the repairs were done properly and on time, as promised.

The workmanship is great, the front end paperwork to get my claim paid has been abysmal! I am 100% not at fault and 5 months later, still not reimbursed because they have not forwarded necessary paperwork to BCAA/ICBC so my claim can be paid out. No response to emails or phone messages.
