Trevor was very pleasant, professional, and observed Covid protocols. We are happy to say our Miele built-in coffee machine is now working perfectly.
A	Andrew Kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the worst experience dealing with ASAP Appliance Repair. It's pretty much a scam company. They try to charge you a flat fee of $260 upfront which includes technical visits and all labour costs. Then techician will tell you that they cant fix the issue, would not even give you a refund or what so ever for the labor that was never done. It is such a common scam for these appliance techs. These guys usually tell you that they are willing to give 50percent of your original payment only on "credit" for future deinstallation and the installation of a new appliance however, they will give you a ridiculous quote/bump up the price purposely for those, which then you will end up paying even more to use that credit. Even if you want to talk them in person, their office is not even open to customers, you can only call or email them which makes it pretty suspicious. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING this appliance repair fraud company and suggest calling the actual manufacturer instead.

They were able to book me in within a couple days and were very up front about their rates. The repair person called in the morning and arrived at the very beginning of the estimated window. He was able to diagnose and repair quickly and I am back to not having to wash dishes by hand! Very professional, highly recommend.

Got a phone call within a few minutes, booking an appointment for 2 days later. Very pleasant technician arrived with replacement parts that would likely solve the issue, based on the info from the online form. Work was performed quickly, with a good explanation, and technician tested everything, and told me I could call back within 30 days in the unlikely event the problem recurred. An excellent experience from start to finish.

We had an issue with our Fisher & Paykel fridge which required some troubleshooting. Trevor (owner) went to the extra effort to attend with the technician (Scott) and the problem was resolved. Trevor and Scott and all staff were excellent to deal with and very professional. I would highly recommend ASAP.

Their office staff promptly called me back to book the installation appointment. Their tech communicated with me on the day of install and was very professional. The installation was very smooth, the tech left the work area cleaner than when he arrived, and the job was well done. I highly recommend ASAP appliance repair. Dealing with appliance issues is frustrating as it is. It is wonderful to have the support of a local company like ASAP to make the trouble much easier to manage.

He was able to correct the problem in a few minutes and had the range back functioning like it should. I was extremely impressed with Trevor's speedy service, professionalism and impeccable service. I was left knowing the work had been performed excellently. I cannot thank Trevor enough for what he did. Very impressed. Highly recommend Trevor and ASAP Appliance Repair to everyone.
