I	Isaac Kinakin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live in Vancouver and when I went searching for a very specific Wheel Chair accessible refrigerator I ended up finding it at WestCoast. I had a bit of a hiccup when I went over to pick it up as it turned out they were in the middle of inventory and couldn't release any product but the sales people there quickly decided to have it delivered to me within the week at no charge. on top of that they provided a discount to cover my time spent going over. Overall I found the working with the sales team at Westcoast to be a very professional and pleasant experience. The whole store there is a welcoming and easy going place with very knowledgeable staff. This attitude they all have was a welcome change to the pretentious and rather overpriced nature of the big chain stores here in Vancouver. Even without the discount I was offered the fridge in question was already less expensive then what i was able to find here in Vancouver. So if you are looking for appliances and want to avoid the hassle and attitude of the big box stores in the lower mainland I really would recommend taking a trip over to see the folks at Westcoast Appliance in Victoria.

Purchased a Brand NEW Frigidaire dishwasher, then had it installed......Boom does not work! The handle would not lock. Went back to WESTCOAST.....They said sorry, but you will have to access your manufacturer warranty through Frigidaire. Waited three days to get a hold of someone in Ontario 1-800..... Then final had someone sent to service, verified factory defect handle, didn't have the part, had to order.....Bummer. Now on week three without a dishwasher. ALL because WESTCRAP did not take responsibility to send their delivery guys back to pick up and exchange the unit.......VERY POOR SERVICE AND LACK OF RESPONSIBILITY TO OWN THE APPLIANCES THEY SELL.

I’ve never been shouted at by a business person until I met up with this pair! Buyer beware! No, Freddie, And Byron, haven’t forgotten and nor shall I. Actions have consequences. I really encourage readers to read on to the owner’s response to my review. This is the kind of relationship you can expect from these two, once they have your money. The worst!
m	morgan watson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a fridge, dishwasher, deep freeze, washing machine and dryer from them in 2019 and could not be more dissatisfied with experience and our appliances are have turned out mediocre at best. Once we made the purchases any questions or issues we had we completely dismissed and honestly not treated very well. We chose mostly LG products and most of them have had issues and they were not helpful with them.

We received excellent, knowledgeable and attentive service, never felt rushed and, as a bonus, found that everything we wanted to buy was in stock! Two appliances were delivered and installed professionally the following week. The second delivery a couple of days later had a mishap but the delivery service was advised of this by West Coast and the matter was promptly resolved by the moving company owner. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you to all the staff involved.

We were able to have it replaced no charge care of west coast appliance. I wanted to say how patient and kind everyone was as we cancelled delivery and service once because of Covid once because of snowfall and we totally missed the next appointment! Your service department was so understanding and accommodating and your service man was efficient and quick. Also every time I contacted Abdul he was also kind and understanding and very helpful. We will definitely shop there again for our next appliance purchase and highly recommend your store for great sales and service and great choices and prices. Thankyou all!! Linda?

I had saw a stand up freezer on their web site and ordered it but unfortunately it was discontinued so the manager worked with me to find another model that fit all my requirements. Was delivered and its doing its thing now. The good news this freezer comes with a 5 year and the other didn't and I would have had to but an extended. Better choice and no waiting it arrived in 2 weeks!

This month we purchased a GE electric stove model PCB987M1FS (see photos) -- so far, so good :-) Especially like its roll-out oven rack and temperature probe.
