★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The folks at key were prompt and friendly. The technician was knowledgeable, polite and effective. While there is no doubt a repair with 2 hrs travel time is costly, I would certainly reach out again if I am in need. I docked a star because I wasn’t informed that the technician was coming the day he did. Thanks for your help!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called Key foods as we are new to the restaurant business and their contact details were on dishwasher. We told the nice lady on the phone what was wrong with dish washer and that we needed someone one to come fix it. Two days later guy showed up and told us what was the problem and didn't have the part to fix it, We already knew what the problem was we wanted them to fix the problem. Instead, they charged us for him to come in and tell us the problem and that he didn't have the part to fix it and even though we told them what was the problem they didn't bring the part. Being a small business we don't have the money to throw around and they still charged us for nothing. Absolutely nothing.. I will never go back. Please note we even called after the guy left and told them he did nothing they still charged us and did not follow up. Horrible customer service..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an oven breakdown at my shop with little support from the manufacturer and Key Food went above and beyond to make sure my part got flown in as soon as possible and they installed the part that day. Melissa, Nicole and Tim were awesome. Cheerful courteous service, the fastest turn around that i could have hoped for, and their advocacy with the manufacturer, made my terrible week so much better.
I will use them again.
