We had a couple issues with them at certain stages of the process, but they were extremely helpful when we brought these issues to their attention. They went above and beyond to ensure we were happy at the end of the day: We bought a 10' slider made from two 5' panels. It looks gorgeous and we saved thousands of dollars due to their technology and pricing. The slider works great and looks amazing. The other windows we got make everything look HD when you look through them. Quality of windows: 5 Stars Price: 5 Stars Service: 5 Stars

The new manager, Karl Lehman offered highly professional service, REALLY listened to my needs regarding the quality of doors, workmanship and follow-up after the installation. Karl was patient, considerate, respectful, kind and professional in every sense! I was genuinely surprised by his superb standard of professional business ethics and his "putting customers first...before profits" mandate. And of course, because of such business finesse, Westeck prospered financially! There is no higher customer satisfaction than to be truly heard, understood and then actually experience how one's dreams are actualized! My deck door and the finished installation are of first class quality and I am quietly pleased. The door has floor to ceiling windows mounted in a wood frame. The exterior of the door is clad with aluminum panels. I noticed that one of the panels had popped at one corner leaving the wood work open to the elements. I looked into reattaching the small panel myself, but could not figure how to do it without further damaging the panel. I contacted Westeck, the original door installers, who immediately dispatched a technician team. After some research, it was determined that the manufacturer of the door, Sierra Pacific, no longer had Westeck as their representative. I contacted Sierra Pacific who informed me that the problem I described was one seen before and the only solution was to replace the entire door panel system at a cost of roughly $ 8-10,000. They refused to honour the 20 year warranty on the product and referred me to two dealers in Vancouver. They also offered to contact a door technician for me who lived in Ontario. Not very helpful. I contacted one dealer who told me he had no knowledge of the product and couldn’t help. The other dealer simply did not return my phone calls. I went back to Westeck for help and they immediately sent out the tech team who repaired the door. The team was quick, efficient, innovative and polite. The repair seem to have returned the panel to its former position and is well sealed. In short they are good people and I would recommend them to anyone in need of a helpful window and door firm. I chose Westeck windows, as they offer a very high quality window with an excellent performance/price ratio. I was positively surprised that the price to upgrade from double pane to triple pane windows was very reasonable. Westeck also didn't charge extra to adjust the coatings for each window to get optimum solar heat gain and best insulation values. Delivery and service was flawless as well. After installation one of the windows was a bit hard to operate, which was very quickly fixed after one of their technicians made a small adjustment to the opening hardware. Overall I'm very happy with an excellent high performance product and great customer service.

He ensured we felt comfortable through the buying process and always was responsive right through delivery and follow ups. During pandemic and flood delays he made sure to keep an eye out for our order. The products are a beautiful addition to our home (front doors). Love the hardware that really secures and weather seals the doorways. Worth the the wait
