★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, wow, wow!!! These guys are next level! Every level of the installation was incredible, including timeliness, communication and cleanliness. Impeccable service in every area from both Konnor and Scott installing all of our 15 windows and patio door. These guys aren't just installers; they're employee owners and this shone through in every detail from start to finish. They discovered some rot issues during the process, but no problem, they just consulted with us about it, then fixed the problem. And always with a smile and good nature no matter the challenge. They even fixed some poor trim that was left from another company years ago and also asked me for paint so they could touch up where they had repaired some rot. Absolutely impeccable attention to detail and by far the best service I've EVER received from any company period!!!
There are also others that made this experience so pleasant, so I want to give a shout out to Gio and Eli for coming to help Konnor and Scott install the very large living room window. Again, friendly great service! And last, but certainly not least, this entire experience started out perfectly when we met Jonathan our sales rep. He couldn't have been more friendly and helpful and really made us feel like we were making the right decision. Honestly, from beginning to end, from sales, to office staff to the installers, this has been an incredible experience. Don't bother looking for windows and doors anywhere else...you'll only be disappointed and wished you gone with this team! We're so happy!!!

From first talking to Jon and ordering the door through to having Chris and Aeriel do the installation everything went without a hitch. Door looks good and the siding and soffit work they did to complete the project was first rate.

Centra Victoria installed all new replacement windows and a patio sliding door for us last March. We love our windows and door!!! After a year of summer fall and winter weather we are so happy with Centra. I'm so impressed with how much road noise is blocked by the new windows.
And no more whistling and drafty windows and door during storm season.
Thanks to the Andrew, Josh, Scott and Gio our install crew for looking after us. Would definitely recommend Centra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We moved in to a very old mobile home that desperately needed new windows. We contacted a few companies and was amazed at the price of replacement windows…way over what we wanted to pay. So I called Centra Windows for a quote and before he new my budget the quote was spot on and the value was much more. It was a pleasure dealing with this fine tuned company. Andrew L, Andrew C, Doh, Josh, Connor and Eli are simply the best of the best and helped make this huge project seem simple. Thank you Centra Windows.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought in a house in 2021 that still had it's original 1983 windows and we needed to get them replaced. We did our due diligence and decided to go with Centra. They were a bit more costly, however we're big believers in "you get what you pay for".
We dealt with Natalie in the beginning and she was very helpful. She walked us through all the various types of windows and we settled on vinyl, double panes with enhanced UV for the front of the house that gets "hammered" by the afternoon sun.
Next, we dealt with Chris on the final measure to ensure the windows would fit and he was very helpful explaining in more detail the process for replacing the windows.
Finally, we had Josh, Scott, and Ryan come to do the install. They were quick, professional, and ready to answer any lingering questions. They were able to replace all of the windows on the first day and then came back to replace our slider door on the second day. Absolutely good job all around.
