R	Rodger Cartagena on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In accordance with the other low quality reviews. The lady named Jen is rude, disrespectful and acted as if I knew her before. I was busy in court all day and she called numerous times that day. Did I mention it was for a windshield chip repair. To bring Google up to speed. I had a scheduled appointment for 1030am. I had dropped my car off the following night in the glass doctors parking spot. Thinking nothing of it. When I had cell phone signal it was missed call, after missed call from the Glass Doctor. They could of parked my car anywhere else besides their "parking spot". At first she states that my car will be locked inside their business if i don't make it to their shop in time. A subsequent message states that my car will be parked on the street. Especially if I dont make it on time. No mention to where my keys will be. Anyway I arrive with my friend to the shop and no customer service but pure nagging like a scorned ex girlfriend. As soon as I entered I felt super awkward and uncomfortable by her negative energy and sentences. She goes on to add that my rock ship didn't fill very well, so it may get worse or whatever. So keep an eye on it??? Anyway folks don't waste your time, money or sanity at this place. Again the most unprofessional automotive shop i have been to ever.

She was professional and courteous and knew what we needed. She quoted exactly what was required and she booked us with a technician immediately. He came on time and he already was able to determine what the issue was and helped fix the problem and our door was repaired in under an hour. We are really pleased with glass doctor as they are the only company in town that seems to care and be able to know how to fix glass shower door hinges and to be able to help us and respond in a professional way that we really appreciate their work and service. I would recommend them to anyone.
