A	Andrea Mountan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Replaced all of our windows in June 2021. Numerous plugs were missing, lots of scratch marks on the window panel. Some damage to existing home window frames. Minimal repairs done. Sure would not be able to get away with this in a new or show home, but I guess because we live in a 1970’s home, it doesn’t matter. Would not recommend. Not very impressed. The response from the owner was kind. Unfortunately some of the existing window frames were damage on installation and was not addressed when a follow up of painting the scratched frames was done. So in answering the response from the owner. Nothing has been totally resolved.

After getting quotes from several places , we weren’t off to a great start with the initial quote but it was worth sticking with Van Isle as they sent another person (Jordan) to do quote who was great and was very patient with me changing my mind a few times! The day of the install was fantastic!!! Nick and his crew showed up on time and were super pleasant , positive and enthusiastic! They worked together to install windows smoothly and efficiently! VERY professional yet relaxed. I appreciated that they checked in with me when putting trim on to see exactly how I’d like it and were all just fantastic to work with!! They left my house spotless and the windows that are top quality transformed my house completely! Im so pleased! I highly recommend this company!!

The job had challenges that were all sorted with brilliance and finished on time and within the quote. Kudos go to Tony, Marc and Nic plus their crews. The problem solving and work ethic plus clean up every day was excellent. The communication was excellent from the beginning. We would highly recommend them.

We changed every single window and sliding door in our house so it was a big job; every step of the way, I felt that I was receiving excellent service, excellent value and a very solid and attractive product. I am thrilled that I was able to work with a local company and to work with a team of sales representatives, supervisors and installation experts who have all worked together for many years and who consider themselves part of a big family. The salesman was friendly, knowledgeable, clear, timely. The guys did the installation were fantastic -- hard-working, cheerful, skilled. The whole job was completed (including scrupulous clean-up) in a single day. And the final products are excellent -- they look great, are super easy to open/close, and provide vastly superior heat and noise insulation compared to the old single-pane wooden windows. Expensive, but I figure we can just add the cost to the value of the house. Highly recommended without reservation.
S	S. W. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely devastated, 6 months after our windows were installed we have the very problem we had before our windows replaced! Mold! Brand new windows should not have mold. I was assured this would not happen. They put new windows over our old moldy windows. I washed them with bleach before the new ones were put in. I only looked inside the frames as the air quality in my bedroom is increasingly intolerable . Stuffy, and musty. Clean air is very important to me. The mold in my daughters room made her sick ( it showed up in her bloodwork) Now, I have 6 brand new moldy windows! Every single window has mold! I lifted up the cover along the track, and the mold is even in the little rectangle holes about 1 inch long. I found standing water in another. Its unbelievable, I feel like I am living in a nightmare having my investment a complete sham. We are going in tomorrow am to address this with the owner. I will update this review after the resolution is made.

From sales to installer, just an amazing group of people to work with. Friendly, professional and great craftspeople! I would highly recommend!
