These people are cheets to the degree where I'm going in with paperwork for a civil suit and all the proof of what I was originally charged for the service they agreed on that they failed to provide. After dealing with the receptionist who is litrally saying I abused her for trying to figure out what I ought to do, I waited 1 month to call back. When I called and asked for Al directly (from the same receptionist)I got one of Al's workers , supposedly I'm an expert to know I got ripped off for paying 350$ for acouple extreamly simple welds to fail. After being informed i had been abusing his receptionist I was asked to bring my stuff in. I'm not happy. Abusing a receptionist that refuses to deal with me in accordance to her job and responsibility is one way to put it- being lured into an argument to have someone act a victim to condone people being ripped off is another. And why when I call and ask for Al I get one of his workers continuing to be wrong with me? I guess aggravating someone is the new socially refined way to get out of doing anything that you said in busniess. They have no respect for your time- money- or items. They failed me as reliable workers. They failed me as service providers. They fail me as human beings. Rude aggressive and imidatly victimized. -Cheets-
M	Mathew Walle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I talked with Al directly about getting 4 screws put onto my bike for a structural support for a battery as I converted my bike into an ebike. After a couple rides on said bike and the whole thing falls apart on me. I paid 350$ for a trouble free experience. I knew when talking about pricing Al refused to put a monotary number on his estimated 4 hours worth of work. Seeing the job he did. Knowing he's carging me for 2 hours and 50$ worth of material . With the tools I could have done this work myself within 15 minutes- 4 screws and sockets for 50$?! -for the price in could have bought the tools and had the desired results I was looking for. While trying to communicate this situation with the receptionist I was told I was yelling. So I hung up and called back where I explained I was not yelling- to further be lead down the road of some hiatus towards this womans personal affront with my mannerisms. So after saying I was not yelling and how I was faid in every aspect of service - eg massivly overpriced faulty workmanship that didn't accomplish original agreement upon structurally sound work. I had to hang up again for it was not about how to resolve anything- there was no words to be given. I was just giving leverage for someone to act a victim.

I was treated fairly and given an honest price (not always the case as a single woman)I would recommend this company to anyone,there is a reason they've been in business as long as they have been.

M	Mike Brassard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realized I had a cracked aluminum rim on my truck one day before I was set to leave on vacation to the mainland. Cal Tire recommended contacting SHC. SHC sent me to Altech machining. The fellow said it would be a couple days and I said it was planning on leaving in the morning. He told me to be back at 8:00 a.m. He did an amazing job and came highly recommended as the only one in town who can repair aluminum properly. $280 bill on a $1000 denali rim. Worth every penny!

This was my first time getting anything machined and I was kind of anxious that I would not be taken seriously, or that my issue was not a big/serious enough problem for a machine shop. But the team at Altech was fantastic. They explained how they could fix it and were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The part was machined within a workday and the price was very fair. I would definitely recommend Altech for any machining issue, no matter how small!
