There was a small lineup in front of the store. We had the chocolate truffle ice cream which was good. Their comes were crispy and they give you a good portion for one scoop.

Always great service. Choices are good. Today I had the lemon cream and carrot cake. Super delish and high quality hard ice cream! Will definitely be coming back.

Great selection in small batch ice cream! I tried the lemon cream and the fire smoked s'more. Very happy I went with their recommendation of the lemon cream! Delicious. Tasted like lemon meringue pie. We took home the chocolate truffle in the jar, rich and flavorful!

Friends in Victoria told us about this ice cream place. It is definitely quite delicious. You can tell the ice cream is artisan style. Ordered the pumpkin pie and strawberry cheesecake. Absolutely tasty! A couple things to note: 1) the portion. I ordered single scoop with half half flavours. It is definitely more like two full double scoops. that said, high CP (cost–performanceοΌ‰ value! 2) the hours of operation. It only opens until 7pm (unlike Vancouver places).

I love ice cream, and Parachute is by far my favourite ice cream shop in Victoria. They have a variety of flavours, both 'typical' and 'unique' and you can find their pints at a bunch of local stores around town. I have always been greeted by friendly staff. Recently I went to parachute and I was disappointed to discover they have once again increased their prices and certain flavours are also an extra charge. I also feel they may have decreased their serving size as well? I understand that the cost of everything has increased, but going for a fun tasty treat is slowly becoming further out of reach.

Located in the more industrial side of Victoria, ice cream is one of the top choice. You can buy the ice cream by the pint for 10$. That being said, locally owned and I’ve cream made in store. There are some great flavours, favourites are carrot cake and mini eggs (when in season). The customer service has always been great when I’ve gone and despite reviews with 1 star saying it’s awful, the shop is busy due to it being popular and having good ice cream not due to lack of care from employees. Additionally I think I read that the shop was not sanitary, it looks clean every time, even when they are working on making ice cream, cones. Highly recommend!

One of my favourite ice cream places in Victoria. They always have a great selection of flavours and there’s often little pieces of cake/cookies in there. The consistency of the ice cream is always smooth and chewy. Had the oatmeal chocolate chip and loved it.
