★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FM staff is unfriendly, unhelpful, pick-up hours are not as stated on website -- for some reason you can't pick up parcels after 2100hrs : unfortunately I have to use this location as Purolater + FedEx pick up site because I'm a shift-working health care pro.
Unorganized: staff always have difficulties locating my packages, asks me, "is it a box? is it a bag?" How should I know what how a company packs their products?!
Unhygienic: during pandemic, FM doesn't provide hand sanitizer for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needs to throw out old stock. Have bought chocolate bars there that when I open at home I cannot eat because they are discolored and stale.....it takes chocolate bars a long time to do that so make sure to ask for receipt
