★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bought a vape from them and it was a dud the vape didnt work and they refused to exchange it for me because i filled the tank with juice, money greedy people in out 50$ now i suggest to boycott this company because $50 is more important to then then re accuring customs, id rate 0/5 if i could cuz they actually owe me money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can tell that they just want to get you out of the store as fast as possible. Bad attitude. I was willing to spend a lot of money there but they had nothing that I needed and didn't present me any alternative options. For some reason the worker said they don't sell a certain brand's products, yet their display is FULL OF THAT BRAND's products. Not sure if the person was having a bad day or doesn't want customers but will definitely not be coming back here. So much for trying to shop locally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So many people hating on this place. But I love the owner and his staff. The owner is not as friendly as staff at other stores. But he’s honest and upfront with you, which is most important to me. They remember me as a customer and even asked me a question about something I shared with them when I was last in the store. He may be a little grumpy. But he cares about his customers. Unlike all the other vape store in Victoria, who put on a fake smile and forget you the moment you walk out of the door. This man and his staff are the real ones. And if you don’t like them, it’s because you want someone who’s disingenuously kind but really doesn’t care about you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner is off putting and has a bad attitude. Prices aren't horrible though. I just genuinely dislike the owner and how he speaks to his customers.
Also I find that when buying multiple bottles of vape juice, one will often be a lot less viscous than the others leading me to wonder if it's been mixed consistently and safely.
