★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cozy atmosphere with well chosen ambient House music playing in the back ground. As soon as i sat down i was greated warmly by the staff, and Instantly I felt the stresses of the day melt away. Clarck & Co.had a large collection of Single Malts, Irish Whiskey, Bourbon and of course, incredible Canadian craft Whiskies and Spirits produced on Vancouver island.
Vancouver island has been steadily continued to impress global palettes with high quality and standard on offer, from the many dedicated Distillers practicing their craft.
Big shout out to Laura the Manager, who was extremely knowlagable, passionate, helpful and patient in helping me chose a delicious whisky, that paired well with my charcuterie plate.
Sitting front stage, as i watched the Bar staff produce incredible looking cocktails for their egar guest was refreshing, in regards to the enthusiasm they displayed.
Thank you everyone at Clark & Co for a wonderful experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would encourage you to go with the bartender's choice. I'm rarely disappointed with a cocktail they've made and discovered new favourites through them!
I would highly encourage you to get their popcorn while you're at it. It's addictive!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful ambience with friendly staff! We ordered the Wookie, Dead man's letter and a few more drinks. We ordered 6 different drinks all were amazing!!! A little pricy, it was over $110 for 6 cocktail drinks but loved it!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent cocktails and a nice looking bar, but the music really is just a little too loud... a theme I've heard from others who go there. If you are sipping on a $18 cocktail, you want to enjoy the company you are having it with.

The service is always attentive and friendly, shout-out to Nick, our bartender, who made incredible drinks with only our indecisive 'I dunno what to get... maybe something floral? sour? bitter?" words for inspiration.
