D	Denisse Garcia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You come for the food and it's delicious! This is the best Vietnamese food that my husband and I have tried outside of Vietnam. We ordered the Pork Spring Rolls, Steak & Brisket Pho & Grilled Pork Vermicelli Bowl. While the ambience is very basic, the food is outstanding. There were employees preparing spring rolls sitting at the table next to us; to say that the rolls were fresh is an understatement. They were perfectly fried, crispy and not too oily, and the nuoc cham dipping sauce was on point too. The pho had an excellent broth and all of the ingredients were perfect. The grilled pork in the noodle bowl tasted charbroiled which added a nice flavour and the veggies were crunchy and fresh. Those 3 dishes with a tip came to $35. What a wonderful experience at a very reasonable price. We will be back!

Other than that the veggies ewe perfectly lightly cooked, the noodles were perfect too. Missed the Thai basil and sprouts this time tho
N	Noel G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was very good. I went with six friends and all of them joined the clean plate club--ate everything! The pho was very reasonably priced, cheaper than most places in Victoria. Not the best pho restaurant in Victoria but up there. Really great.

But the best part is that they're still tinkering with the recipe and every time I go in, I swear it gets better every time. Great place, great staff, I just had a bowl and one of their crispy rolls and I want to go back for midnightsies.
S	Sheila Xie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descent food. I would not recommend this restaurant to vegans though. There are not that many options. Their veggie pho uses meat broth. We were also surprised how small the spring rolls are. There are only two pieces.

I got the spicy beef lemongrass soup. I thought it was good… I didn’t really like whatever jelly-type thing was in it or the beef balls. I added a bit of spice to it but overall it had great flavour. The fresh rolls were also quite yummy and I enjoyed the peanut sauce it came with!

The restaurant and service is exactly as they advertise, looking to recapture the casual, street food experience that comes with Vietnamese food. All in all an excellent place to stop for a quick, cheap, hearty meal

I've eaten a lot of Pho after living in Vancouver for over 40 years so this place didn't compare or hit the mark for me. I had the regular sized #62. Outside of there being no atmosphere, it doesn't look very clean inside, and I have to order my food at a counter, the soup broth was not that hot and it lacked flavour. The one positive for me was that meat was decent. Overall tho, I would not recommend this restaurant and will not be back.
