★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is not knowledgeable. Beware, this is a store that sells glass pieces, not a full on head shop so don't expect much. And to the person who was so impressed that this shop directed you to their "competition", sorry to tell you but both shops are owned by the same guy ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely floored at the abominable treatment I received today from an apparently emotionally-unstable clerk at this business today. When I pointed out the the replacement bowls were 2x the price of anywhere else, she flipped out and started screaming at me! "GET OUT" she hollered!! "GET OUT OF MY STORE!!" I just laughed and flipped her my bird. Idiot. What a customer-service STAR!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was just trying to buy some rolling papers and the dude triple checked my 2 pieces of ID as if he couldn't do simple math, it literally took him 6 minutes to figure out if i was 19 or not. Made me feel uncomfortable as HELL. Super unprofessional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I normally do not write reviews at all, but in this one case, I had to make an exception. The staff at this establishment were knowledgeable and friendly when I went there. The shop had a medium sized collection of glass which was very well selected. They also had an interesting array of other paraphernalia/goods that would suit the tastes of most tokers. I went in looking to find a bubbler to fit my abnormally picky taste in glassware and the staff gave me reasonable, intelligent advice on my potential purchase. When I could not find what I had in mind, the staff outright amazed me by directing me to their competitors down the street! Most places will just brush you off with a lackluster "sorry" if you cannot find what you are looking for, but these people went above and beyond the call of duty for a complete stranger. I do not even live in Victoria, I was just strolling down an unfamiliar avenue whilst visiting friends in town and I decided to drop in. I'm glad that I did; my experience at Illusionz Bazaar was second to none. Even if you are not looking for new glass, I highly suggest that you check this neat little store out. The staff and store earned a hands-down A+ from my experience there that day. Thanks Illusionz!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management is extremely disorganized and abrupt, when I took my business there a second time I witnessed the owner turn away a couple when they were asking a simple question regarding the vapes. Not to mention the owner making a scene, raising his voice and putting down his employee, it was really hard to watch and hear. As a person also working in customer service, I couldn't help but feel terrible for the employee. If the staff or owner directs you to their "competitor" Trippy's, (down the street) just now it is owned by him and run the same if not worse. Product wise, they have a fairly small selection of glass and charge extra as opposed to actual competitors.
