★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in subways downtown Victoria bc today. Get some lunch with my friend.we both unhappy what kind customer service we got that this store by one worker. He was going to fast making us subs. He make a sub i can't eat i ask him make me a new one he said can't do sorry. He was so rude to me. Rolling his eyes at me.he said make other after i help other people's first. I said i was there Frist so can help fix the problem. He make it a big deal so i what to walk out of time. He make pay for the sub i didn't want so and didn't give the sub i pay for some cost me 3 subs and got 2 subs. I ever will eat at subways after today cost 35.00 for worst customer service and the subs was not good tasty like old food. I should got the subs for free after that worst customer service experience ever i had and he should be fried after too. Thank you bad food and bad costumer service. Not worth my time and money. I should get something back for this day :-(

Subway is Subway with their standard subs... and I am a Subway fan to boot... so can say that often times the one putting your sub together does not care or really listen to you when you say "just a little bit..." and do as they please, but here the guy behind the counter put some artistry to putting the sub together, listened and did it quickly. The Subway store itself is a bit bigger than most and you do not feel crowed in. BUT the reason for this review... he was so instantly friendly! My first time in Victoria and always nice to meet sincere and friendly people!!! AND he helped charge my phone.... wish I got his name, but again... THANK YOU!!! And as people came in for their lunch.. and there was a line-up saying alot about this guy... he was as friendly to everyone! Take note Subway higher-ups!!!

All employees never receive tips or overtime pay (received only cash tips). Poor management under owner’s management. Most of employees decided to leave because they never receive tips, the owner always promise to pay but never did. So if you buy the sub, just leave tips in cash.
This store has the same owner with Subway Mayfair Mall (mall food court)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just waited 30 min for a 6 inch sub and some old nasty chicken noodle soup. The sub was good but the soup was nasty.. the noodles had turned to complete mush. The poor staff member Marie was working by herself while the other worker looked to be doing nothing but stocking a few small items and leaving her with a lineup out the door and about 6 customers left. I felt so bad for the worker she is obviously new and was trying her best. What a waste of time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ asked for my usual order, 6 inch meatball on italian herb and cheese, i get it about once every week or two. normally they are able to put 4-5 meatballs across the sandwich, this time only 3 and some were overlapping. so i asked if that was for sure a 6 inch and she said yes. only able to put three overlapping cucumbers across too. i went back to work to eat in the break room (i work in the mall) and joked with my coworkers about what happened. we jokingly took out a ruler and measured and it’s not even 4 inches hahahaha! it was delicious as always and i don’t care that much but in the future i would appreciate an actual 6 inch lol!
