★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cute location right in the heart of downtown Victoria! Large selection of neat items such as crystals, home decor, smoking accessories and clothing. Great little store and a lovely selection of beautiful gifts. I've stopped in a few times now and some interesting trinket catches my eye

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really overpriced. Bought a vaporizer and returned it because I found it at a nearby dispensary $30 cheaper. They were really nice at the shop and seemed like they knew a lot, but didn't communicate well when I expressed I was a beginner. I felt very in the dark and awkward. The atmosphere was also kind of weird and kids were running around.
They at least were really nice about me returning it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My brother made a purchase of glassware yesterday. After tax the purchase exceeded $50. After one use, the product cracked. A replacement or exchange would rectify this situation.
When calling the store to determine what to do, the person working stated “as it has been used, no decision can be made without the owner.” And that “he’s very hard to track down.” And “even when we need store supplies he doesn’t get back to use for a couple days at times.”
Finally the store owner contacts the shop and we received a call stating that “as the product has been used, nothing can be done, no refunds, no exchanges, no replacements.”
Even with a receipt and it being under 24 hours, and broke during the intended use of the product.
I understand that the employees are bound by policy as they agreed to that at start of employment.
But, to the owner, what a horrific way to operate a business. If you sell something to someone, you should be confident that it is adequate at the least. If something breaks after one use, the intended use of the product, at least have the decency to replace the product or exchange for similar value.
We will never shop here again with these policies and will encourage everyone we know to shop elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome store, huge selection of glass pipes, bongs, vaporizers, and clothing. They even have a section for crystals and incense! Really cool store that has something for everyone, even if you don't smoke. super helpful staff Definitely a destination to check out when in Victoria BC.
