★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SUPER adorable local business with unique home decor items. I simply cannot get over how affordable everything is as well...every time I checked a price tag, I was pleasantly surprised!
Will definitely be shopping here for cards, pillows, planters, kitchenware and various gifts going forward!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paboom is a gem in Victoria! The staff are super friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and the prices are excellent! This shop has so many fun items for your home - even for us 30-something men (e.g., retro vancouver island posters with star wars characters...how cool). I love shopping here to decorate the house!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I checked this store last weekend and I had to go back and buy new pillows for my room. They are so colorful that I feel like the spring has already here. I also enjoy engaging in the conversation with Mira and Moira. They made the experience more special. I am planning to visit the store soon again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely stocked amazing pieces, but agree with prior reviewers, customer service is horrid. We waited in line for over 15 minutes behind a self- absorbed karen and a chatty storekeeper to complete the transaction. When it was our turn, karen, jumped back to the counter decided to buy one more item and went thru the payment process one more time. All this while, the woman at the cashier did not say one word to us, when it was finally our turn to pay, she did not apologize for the long wait and not a single word was uttered from her other than the final thank you. I have noticed there are a lot of karens in the vicinity, but c'mon to paying customers? no more visits to this store for me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an amazing little store. They have such uniquely fun decor and household items. Picked up a super stretchy and squishy hot dog toy for my son today…we also picked up some amazing felt nesting bowls from Nepal. There or literally something for everyone in this small space!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a gem of a store, high quality treasures and good prices. The owner (I’m assuming) is beyond lovely, wouldn't let me pay for a potted candle to light at my daughter’s memorial site down the block. The candles also last forever, 24 hours later it’s still nowhere near finished. Will be back every night until we return home. Thank you ❤️
