Update to this: I have been dealing with robins due to them owning the parking lot where my work is located. They give people tickets with little to no justification, and only respond to emails that include payment information. When attempting to explain I had been given a ticket in error I never received any responses.
I've truly never dealt with a worse company their business model does seem to rely on bullying 'customers' into paying tickets often unfair tickets
(Would give zero stars if such a thing was possible)
