Most recently, we had a large old wooden window replaced that needed carpentry work to fix rot in the frame. Allied took care of the whole thing for us and it looks even better than we'd hoped. Really happy with the price, the people and the result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone at Allied Glass & Aluminum Products was exceptionally courteous, helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable, from Jeff Devine and Bonnie, at the desk, to Mike, Chris, and Rich who fabricated a new, custom solarium window and ceiling. The team crafted and installed a complicated, and beautifully made, custom set of solarium windows, to replace an older and inefficient set, at our home. I should also mention their associate, Dermot McCann who did an equally superb job of replacing a living room window with a larger one. Both jobs were complex and required detailed procedures, with several visits. The team came through better than we could have hoped for, and in the most professional and co-operative. Further, the fee was both reasonable and exactly as estimated, with no surprises. Five stars, plus, without question!

The team that developed the quote for us and actually installed the windows were first rate. They were highly professional, thorough, courteous and personable.
We had a total of 24 windows replaced including 4 windows that needed rapellars to address. All was done to our complete satisfaction.

I had a custom request for a 6.5" circle to be cut in the middle of a sheet of glass and Kevin explained to me the process, he was going to have to do it by hand which he managed to do flawlessly and made the time to do it before the start of the following day so that my work day wouldn't be interrupted and charged me next to nothing! I tried to tip and he refused to take it!
I can't express enough how wonderful the customer service was after multiple other glass shops in the Victoria area with nobody willing to attempt the job and some being quite rude!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I managed to break part of a handle that would help me open and close my upstairs window 6 months ago. Allied Glass was recommended to me as they were known to have a good inventory of that particular handle.
Every now and then I would touch base with them and was reassured that my turn would come eventually as they were swamped with customers who were ahead of me.
A couple of weeks ago, a knowledgeable technician arrived on my doorstep and had the problem solved in no time. Rather than leave me with an opener that he had found in his truck that was a different color to mine, he headed back to the shop and returned in short order with the right one.
I was totally impressed with the care and skill of this technician. I was equally thankful for the patience and reassurance of the women who kept track of me over those many months and reassured me that I wasn't forgotten.
