They have the capability to produce every type of print piece I've thrown at them, their rates are more than fair, and their service is incredible. They bend over backwards to accommodate urgent drop dates. They even caught a few typos our editor missed. AND, they have hand-delivered proofs to me on numerous occasions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for a quote for a small book project. After receiving the initial quote I was told the amount would go up by a “few dollars” due to a change I requested. The price doubled. The workmanship was very sloppy with printing running off the page. No effort was made to make the job appear professional. On top of that more money was requested to finish project after initial quote. I canceled the project with this company I was so dissatisfied. When I canceled the project with them I wrote an email explaining why and my concerns were not addressed. I am thanking my lucky stars I didn’t proceed.
