Despite a bit of communication issues with the estimate and dimensions which were later resolved, the project was perfectly executed, especially the lit exterior sign, it is just exceptional. Highly recommended !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alley Kat signs was recommended to me by a local company to source a protective coating material I was searching for and needed for a Christmas project. When I phoned their office the employee was aware of what I was needing, knew that they had some of this material but indicated that she wasn’t sure if she could sell it but would inquire and phone me back.
She did call me back in the next hour and said that they could accommodate me. Because of traffic I was clearly going to arrive after store hours but when I called to say I would likely be late, they said that they would be happy to keep the shop open until I arrived!
Amazing people all around - I am grateful and appreciative of their support !!! Highly highly recommend this company for excellent service and going above and beyond !!!

I am definitely good at what I do but when it comes to my social media and my logo design I am so happy that I found Alley Kat. They are amazing and they also understand what I am trying to create and build. Especially since I am doing all of this on my own. I can always count on them. Thanks again. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience at Alley Kat Signs was not pleasant. The owner/manager was arrogant and disrespectful. The product that was produced was of inferior quality than provided by others for a similar cost. Worst of all any concern that was raised they tried to place the blame on our "over expectations". Obviously, we decided to work with another sign company in Victoria, who have been easy to work with and nothing we asked for was "over expectations". At the end of the day it pays to shop around.
PS: the funniest part was that the owner asked us to write a review and give him a 5 star because he wants a perfect score. That just confirmed to us that he never heard or accept our concerns about the signs that were produced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an urgent request to put up a temporary sign for our customer and I reach out to a handful of print shop in Victoria and Alley Kat(John) responded quickly and was very accommodating with our request. They actually did it on the same day of my email request. Gotta say this was amazing. It shows a great company and we had great communication as well. I will use them again when we have work in Victoria or for any project in the future.
