Jamie's product knowledge, great product knowledge and non high pressure sales approach went a long ways to making my that purchase. I recently brought my Magnum Metro in for a tune up which Jamie completed quickly and efficiently bringing my bike back to new condition. Great service, superior products will make Cit-E Cycles my present and future purchase bike store.

Jamie is super helpful, answered all our questions, super customer service when we needed our breaks adjusted. Considering he works alone he is still amazing. Love the bikes, love this company, and when people ask us questions, when they see our bikes, we are more than happy to tell them where we got them.

My problem was price and lack of stock .I had 4000 and wanted a mid motor . Cit-E had Gazelle which I had not heard of but fit my want and budget . I bought one . The salesman made little effort to assist. I was the only person in the store .I bought the bike and he said I had 200 k to come back if I had problems . Other stores offered 2 years . Nice bike tho

He let me test ride different models of 2 particular brands that I was interested in. He helped to choose the proper frame size according to my height and requirements of sitting upright with better leg extensions. I ended up buying the Gazelle Ultimate T10. I really love the bike. I have ridden 10000kms plus with in 10 months. Obviously needs new brake pads, chain and cassette. My huge thanks to Jamie and Cit E Cycles for giving me good customer service for selecting a perfect bike for me. Jamie is super helpful, knowledgeable. I highly recommend Cit E Cycles.
