Not only are their electric unicycle prices lower than shops in Vancouver, their service is second to none! They sell the same models as mainland shops and somehow manage to keep their prices lower, but the thing that sets them apart is they truly care about the products they sell, being enthusiasts themselves, and I've personally been able to contact them way after hours for an warranty issue and got a very prompt response. They even contacted the manufacturer on the spot to work out the problem, and I just could not be any happier with how i was treated. Don't even bother shopping around, buy here and you will not regret it!

I have to say that Alicia and Mike are OUTSTANDING in their attention to their customers and in the service I received at ride the glide! Alicia who runs the front of the shop is a very friendly, knowledgeable, low pressure and down to earth person! She was able to answer just about any question I could think of and really appreciate her knowledge and warm, laid back approach. Mike the mechanic in the back is just a good old fashioned high quality, straight up guy you want fixing your ride..... he went well above and beyond with an issue I was having and really appreciated his candor and care. If you're curious about an electric bike/scooter you'll want to check out this place. I leave smiling every time I go in there definitely glad I found this place.

They sell cheap Chinese electric bikes, scooters, etc with high markup... Terrible pre and post purchase support. I expected much better service from a small family run business... Alicia gave me missinformation about the scooters pre purchase, which led to some frustrating surprises. Alicia, who is a co owner, was also generally very rude and unhelpful. I did ended up buying a kaabo wolf warrior gt from rtg. Both motors where found to be defective after 3 weeks of ownership and kaabo refused warranty. Ride the glide was dismissive and downplayed the issue. After debate we agreed to split the cost. I waited a month for parts just to find that rtg ordered the wrong motors.. rtg did not want to order another set because of shipping and offered to have the motors fixed by a "fellow scooter rider" in town, given the age of the scooter and the nature of the non professional repair I was not satisfied. Michael finally agreed to take back the scooter with an exorbitant 20% restocking fee. Michael is dishonest and spiteful. He originally had agreed to refund 4 sets of unopened brake pads, but when I dropped the scooter off he told me he was "done" and to kick rocks.... Despite the 700$ restocking fee I am just relieved to be rid of this pile of junk. I am also relieved to not have to deal with this dishonest family any longer.

Got a zero 11x here. Had a great experience with help and knowledge that made the transaction smooth. Great parts available if you need them. I got a thumb throttle to replace the standard finger model and they had it in stock. You can't go wrong getting your toys here!

I bought a Kaabo Wolf Warrior GT Pro from RTG. In my correspondence with RTG I spoke to 3 of the 4 Besler family members and recieved excellent customer service all around. I was impressed with the frequent communication and updates I recieved while waiting for my order. 10/10 would purchase again from RTG !

Perfect customer service! I am from Quebec. I ordered an electric scooter. The checkout process was long and arduous (due to issues on my end). I mostly dealt with Corinne. She was very patient, very understanding, very quick in her responses, she worked very hard to satisfy me, even though I was not an easy customer. I then asked to change the carrier and once again, she worked very hard to satisfy me. The package was delivered quickly and in good condition. When I received my scooter, I noticed a small technical problem. I sent an e-mail and within five minutes a technician (Michael) was back to me and he too worked very hard to fix my problem. I was not treated like an important customer but like a human being. In my opinion, it is impossible to get better customer service. Thank you Ride The Glide and above all, thank you for everything Corinne, you are an awesome person.

I emailed RTG about my scooter having a flat tire they told me to bring it in. When I brought it in Alicia was very knowledgeable and said they will have it fixed with in the hour. Dave the technician took great care and precision on my scooter, told me exactly what caused the flat and showed me. Fixed it within the hour changed out my tire completely and got me back on the road. I will be coming here for all my scooter repairs and any other services I may need. Fantastic service very highly recommended. If your in the market for a electric bike or scooter please go here and talk to any one of the knowledgeable staff. Thank you so much for saving me. Your staff is awesome and your quality of work is outstanding.
