★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely love escape rooms but the escape rooms at Quest are cheaply put together and heavily reliant on technology that does not work. Abduction was terrible. We got locked in our first rooms because the keypad to exit glitched out and went blank, never reset, we had to call them into the room to help us. Then the next room the door magically unlocked before we'd done anything. To top it all off the staff blamed us saying we just tried too many times and the technology was not at fault, which was absolutely not the case. Poor customer service and poor design. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our group of 9 were at Quest for a Team Building event and we all had SO much fun. The room was a really good balance of challenge and fun! 10/10 would recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rosewood Manor house puzzle. Overall unsatisfied with the entire setup. Pieces used for the room were broken, communication via the walkie-talkie was not quick, and puzzles were nonsensical requiring points of explanation outside of the game to explain. The through line story was also unsatisfying. We were unsure we finished as we opened the door and had to call out to the staff to see if we had finished or not. Kind staff but the product needs a lot of work. Details not included to not spoil the puzzles. Would not recommend going to this location again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed the camaraderie and fun of trying to figure out how to escape from the Sorcerer's Lair! It was challenging and thank goodness we had some younger team members who solved the key clues! Overall, a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicole was AMAZING. I brought a youth group here, and due to the number of RSVP's we booked 2 rooms. When less than 1/2 the group showed up, Nicole was extremely amenable, and allowed us to shift things around so that the youth could play both rooms consecutively. The rooms themselves were super well done, and allowed for a lot of teamwork. I definitely recommend Quest for anyone in Victoria. Thanks again, Nicole!! You rock!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time escapee, long time gamer here. Quest was amazing. The experience was immersive and the setting felt nicely planned-out and designed. The puzzles were a nice mid-tier, and felt challenging without being impossible. I was swept away by the fantasy and enjoyed a nice escape from reality. A little piece of magic in Victoria's downtown core. The sorcerer's lair was like finding myself smack dab in the middle of a game of D&D. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an absolute blast in the escape rooms! The rooms and props were amazing, the customer service was perfect, and the overall experience was second to none. Be sure to dress light, as the rooms tend to get quite warm, or perhaps that was because we were freaking out as the time ticked down... Can't wait to go again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a hard challenge with a young group of kids but the staff was very helpful to make sure it was a positive experience. I would recommend this room for older teens or adults but the kids still had a good time. Our leader was very reassuring to make sure they wouldn't be scared. Fantastic Birthday experience. This is our third time coming and definitely not the last!
