Haniye is very knowledgeable about skincare should you have any skin concerns. She’s very patient with every customer and provides her expertise. I also just purchased their organic skincare products and very excited to incorporate them into my daily skincare routine. I can’t wait for my next visit!

She even told me vitamins and different natural remedies. I came out feeling like I was ready for the red carpet. Thanks for taking such good care of me. I even booked three more treatments with her. Please stop in and say hi to them, you will really love the feel of the place and the people!!! Tell your friends... Also very clean and professional, no need to worry about covid they take precautions.

I have had laser hair removal, electro sculpting, an acne facial, and a mini facial with LED body treatment. Their laser hair removal machine is one of the best available. It is painless and effective, but several treatments of an area are needed which is standard. Fianna has done an amazing job performing laser hair removal on me. The owner Haniye performed my acne facial and also did an amazing job. She took a long time doing extractions and was very thorough. My skin felt so fresh and clean for the next couple months. I think their scheduling and communication with appointments across staff should be improved. Every appointment I have had they have been noticeably late starting my treatments due to staff needing to switch clients or not being available yet. When I show up for an appointment the treatment should be able to immediately be started. More cross training, or better scheduling could improve this. The results from my electro sculpting weren’t noticeable and I had my stomach treated 6 times.I would only recommend it for people with low body fat who regularly workout. If you want noticeable fat loss/definition do a cool sculpting series or get liposuction. The owner is very good about running regular promotional deals on different treatments. If you’ve been on the fence for a long time or scared of trying something, I really recommend buying your first time when it’s discounted.

The spa is beautiful inside, I was greeted warmly and felt very comfortable through my appointment. Since it was my first time doing this treatment, Fianna made sure that I was informed and prepared. It was overall a great facial, I’m already happy with my results & will for sure be back. Absolutely would recommend to anyone in Victoria who is looking for a professional and enjoyable experience.

She made sure I was comfortable and well informed about each procedure. She’s very friendly, polite and professional. The ambience of the spa is very inviting too. The treatment room overlooks the harbour which makes you feel really good while you’re having the procedure done. Overall, a very happy experience! :)
