★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the most amazing day with Garlande!! It was a mission to take my overly faded and grown out Asian hair to purple but Garlande was down for it every step of the way. Super easy to talk to, very precise and thoughtful with her cut and colour placement, and the results speak for themselves. All of the staff here are friendly and helpful and the vibe is easy going and comfortable. Definitely recommend! :)

There wasn’t a single other salon that made me want to go back for another hair cut. I got medium highlights and a haircut done by Conrad here and am absolutely in love with the result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a wonderful experience with this salon. I recently moved to Victoria for work, so after 6 years with the same hair dresser I was in desperate need of a new stylist. It can be a scary experience trusting your hair with someone new, but the salon staff at Shampoo eased all my concerns. They gathered my hair history, listened to my concerns and consulted me on my preferences ensuring they understood what I was looking for. The results spoke for themselves. Couldn't be happier with my dye and cut job. On top of this, the staff as a whole were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a new stylist - this place will listen.

I definitely think the senior stylists are worth the price as I always leave satisfied with their cuts and I am very particular when it comes to my hair. I recently had the chance to chat with the manager Sarah and was left with the impression that this small business owner actually cares and will go above and beyond so that clients are satisfied. Very niiiiiiice

Want subtle natural highlights - check. Want bold loud colour - check. Styling advice - check. I always leave feeling gorgeous. Such a relaxing, fun, no pressure no stress experience. Mike is the sweetest person, so friendly and will put you at ease. This is an inclusive and welcoming environment for all people.
