Ended up doing the full castle + coastal cruise loop along Dallas Road down to Oak Bay which was suggested. Had an absolute blast and discovered a bunch of cool spots we wouldn’t have seen otherwise. Highly recommended!

The guides, Rick and Michael, were very friendly, helpful, funny and informative. The biking is easy and enjoyable. I had a great time and highly recommend this place for both tours and straight rentals.

The bikes were great, the route Charles suggested was beautiful and he certainly knows the city very well! He got us set up quickly and explained the use of the E-bikes thoroughly. Our destination - Oak Bay Resort, was perfect for a latte! Even saw dear along our route! We would totally go back to The Pedaler next time we are in town for another fantastic experience! Thanks Pedaler Team!

Jordan and his staff got us set up with bikes, helmets, directions and the chariot, which was perfect for our day touring around. The prices were great, the bikes were comfortable and there were lots of options for bike style. It was so nice to be able to take the bikes for as long as suited us and ‘even up’ when we got back instead of rushing to make a deadline at the end of our two hours. Only thing we’d change was to park in a lot that we had the app for so we could have more easily extended our parking and gone riding for longer. Highly recommend this location and their crew.

Bikes were in excellent working order, maps were provided for self tour, and they gave us some great recommendations for sights and restaurants. This is a great way to see the city on your own schedule. Highly recommended!!!

He was very patient getting us all suited up and instructed us on how to use the different styles of bikes suited to everyone's needs. Both were very accommodating when we lost track of time. This was a great activity while visiting the island! Definitely a must to enjoy the beautiful coastline and the lush scenery in the downtown.
