Knowledgeable, friendly service. I was about to buy a helmet, Georgia recommended a "professional fitting". Although it was tight, it proved to be one size too large. She sold the safest one, which would compress to fit perfectly.

I called in asked if they had the battery I needed for my 2005 Honda Jazz Scooter, they did, I came in 10 minutes to closing, no one said anything or got mad at me for being there 10 minutes to closing. Very nice guy (sorry I forgot your name sir) who'd talked to me on the phone ran got the battery, I paid, he took my old battery, said you're welcome and thank you about a hundred times. Over all the place is well laid out, the employee's seem nice and very helpful, will definitely be going back for more things soon. Thanks for the help SG Power!

The service here is appallingly bad. They don’t even acknowledge people when they walk in the door. I got attitude when after waiting at the counter for service I interrupted two employees having a conversation and ignoring me to ask a question. I’ve been in before and had similar experiences with the owner. If you don’t want to provide customer service or sell motorcycles why do you even bother?

This dealer sold me a faulty battery last summer. The service writer that diagnosed the battery told me that SG doesn't handle the warranty claim on a battery that they sold. He was kind enough to provide the warranty contact information of a distributor that doesn't even supply the battery I bought. The parts department at SG then told me that they do handle the warranty claims, but that the battery I bought didn't have warranty. Parts then "discovered" that the warranty period was actually 6 months, so I still wouldn't be covered. After repeated questioning, parts then "discovered" that I was in fact still within the (12 month) coverage period. Is this dealership purposely making me jump though hoops to try and upsell me on a new battery, or is this a case of general incompetence? Regardless, this will be the third time I've had to drive to this store to solve my problem. The lack of accountability here is concerning.

Bought an expensive ls2 helmet that after light use is falling apart. Was told to contact manufacturer, SG doesn't handle any warranty claims. Embarrassing stealership service. Will be buying elsewhere.

I was looking for a outboard motor and a trailer for my 10.8 ft Hydro-Force Inflatable Boat one year ago. I called in asked what motor I can choose. Very nice guy, Dan Redlin, are professional and honest. They are very helpful, will definitely be going back for more things soon. Thanks for the help SG Power and Dan!

I have ordered lots of odd parts for lawnmowers, boat motors, and generators over the years. I’ve had service done on that equipped from time to time as well. Always knowledgeable and welcoming. Helpful, friendly staff, genuinely interested in supporting their clientele. Way to go SG Power.

Buying the bike went smooth, but then servicing the bike was another thing. Was very difficult to get bike in when needed and scope of work wasn't clear till I got the bill. And usually was way more then the budget that was set in the beginning. Bike also had mistake from manufacturers (starter too small kept blowing) which I was expected to cover the cost and fought to get them to fix on there dime. Parts department was helpful and Trent is good mechanic.
