He made the time to get to know the kind of rider and person I am to ensure quality service. I felt right at home with his down to earth and honest approach to his role. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff seem impatient with me, I didn’t know the year the bike was made so fair enough, but was told they cannot help me at all without a year.
I still had some questions but it seemed like I am no longer a customer since I don’t have the year?
I just wanted to know prices and if they could even order the parts I needed but was told “ that’s like $300 for a carburetor”.
Maybe they thought I couldn’t afford the parts I’m after?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not super happy with the service as I asked Dan to call me when he got 2 bikes in to put a deposit. The bikes arrived yesterday and when they did he sold 1 to another person instead of phoning me to sell 2 that's ok I have found great service at VI Honda and have 2 bikes coming for me. Hoping they don't keep making this kind of reputation in the motorcycle world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome people over at action! Couldn’t be happier, they helped me and my son pick out the right bikes after months of shopping and gave me a free tune up plus helped me with some small issues I have had over time of wear and tear on the bikes. Highly suggest going to them today!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a new rider and needed some gears so I went to Action Motocycles today in the apparel section to buy gloves, jacket etc.. I don't know the name of the lady who helped me but she was awesome, I had a very good experience shopping in that store. I did not feel pressured at all and she asked questions about my riding style, type of bike I have etc to make sure I was buying the right thing that would fit my need. I was gonna buy a lot more things but she actually advised me to get some mileage on my bike and get some experience before I buy those expensive protective pants and boots etc...thanks to her I will definitely come back once I have more mileage under my belt. Lot of people buy online nowadays but I have to say there is incredible value to shop in person when there is the right expert to help you. Thank you Action Motorcycles.

He wasn’t pushing to sell me a bike, he was adding value to me by helping me understand what I need in a bike based on my concerns and riding style. Learned lots from Mat and didn’t feel the pressure of your average sales guy. That’s good service. The whole team was very organized - had the papers signed and rode out of there in no time. Thanks crew!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The V-Strom pretty much sold itself but lots of credit to the friendly (not pushy or dismissive of female riders) sales staff at Barnes. There was a fair delay because my test ride paperwork went missing but they went above and beyond to make it right and send me out the door with the bike I wanted at a great price!
