★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude and condescending when I told her a traction adjustment badly injured a hip that had never had problems before. After she kept denying my experience to the point that I had an anxiety attack and tried to walk out when she physically got in front of me and demanded I sit back down. It has since been over a year, I have debilitating constant lower back pain FROM THE INJURY SHE CAUSED AND TRIED TO COVER UP. DO NOT TRUST HER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr, Carly is the best at what she does, I’ve been to her through lower back problems, planter fasciitis and now currently a shoulder problem, had two different physios say they were not sure what was going on and gave me very generic exercises, dr Carly diagnosed it within 5 minutes and have made serious progress in 2 weeks, I will continue driving down island just for her

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to book in, as I've heard wonderful things about Carly, the chiropractor here. I asked to submit my personal information online or through email rather then on the phone. This is a simple enough request, I've never had an issue before doing things within my comfort level. The owner Daniel cancelled my appointment and became rather hostile when I attempted to request I send my information via email. I was a taken a back at the lack of professionalism and unnecessary aggression. It's too bad, I quite wanted to work with a practioner here. But, having a hot headed man who is unable to be courteous and helpful is a barrier I wasn't expecting. Disappointing.
Update: I will mention I got a phone call from Carly explaining and an apology for the communication breakdowns.

The procedures she has applied and stretches she has given me have been very helpful in fixing my back and hip issues. I highly recommend her.

I couldn’t say enough good things about Refined Health and I strongly recommend everyone go here for any chiropractic needs! I suffered from migraines and neck/back pain since I was a child and now that I am 27 I finally have had some relief. Thank you Dr. Youlton for everything!
