Explains what she’s doing while she’s doing it. Explains how each point she’s touching will help or what it does. I felt “safe” and left feeling valued.

I found on and off pain relief from various physiotherapists, IMS needling, massage therapy, athletic therapy, etc. but nothing ever healed the injury or fully took away the pain which was becoming a chronic 9/10 all day everyday with pain killers. I had never heard of an osteopath before and it was suggested to me by my massage therapist. After one treatment, my quality of life immediately changed (literally in 45 minutes). I was pain free! I could of cried I was so happy. Not only was the pain gone, but my whole body became balanced in a way I haven’t felt in years. My anxiety washed away, my mood enhanced and my sleeping pattern became unbeatable. After 3 treatments (3 weeks), I feel like I’m finally on the mend to getting my life back and haven’t taken any pain medications. Thiago is incredibly tuned into the body and is overall a wonderful person to be around. He actually cares, listens and he definitely knows the connections of the body. He has great attention to detail, especially in piecing together vital information about what your feeling. I highly suggest his treatments for pain relief, anxiety, stress, migraines and to treat yourself to an overall feeling of well-being in your busy life!

As for Chelsea, I really appreciate how she takes the time to ask me questions and listen to what I have to say, and then she explores my body, finding trouble spots and addressing them. This combination of listening to both me and my body works extremely well.

Seth managed to help relieve a problem with my back that has caused me pain for the better part of 3 years. I would recommend him to anyone. I will visit him again without doubt.
