Did nothing to help with injury. Watch out for devon the oucupational thearipist. If you find yelp and the old name for this company you will see the same type of complaints run far away from this company

E	Eallon Dea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and understanding staff, one thing to know beforehand is if you are having trouble with any treatment plan/activity they suggest for you, it's better to let them know so they can work with you to make it flexible and accommodating for your particular needs.

I was sent there by wcb and towards the end of the program I saw that they do in fact work for them (contracted out). Even though I was not fine with certain excersices, they did not report that part to wcb. They said I was ok to go back to work because my arm can move and that the pain is all in my head and that maybe I should just find another job. How convenient for wcb. I am a caregiver in longterm care. They did not understand the physical demands of my job. One other caregiver in the program quite her permanent position and went back on call because she also wasnt fine to go back to work. I saw them do the same with a carpenter. It's all about timeline and saving wcb money. If your time is up they will say your fine to go back.
P	Preston Turner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, %#__^%=# f , great f'n service, that team is crazy good, they listen, respond and promote health at your pace. I had the pleasure of dealing with Anne-Sophie (Physiotherapist), amazing skill, and gives such detailed treatment. My initial assessment was kinda like visiting a wise old friend that was more than happy to see me, listen and offer creditable and valuable advice. Great Job kid!
S	Spencer Burford on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ian Searle (Kinesiologist) at this CBI location, was very dismissive of problems that I brought forward. Whether it was the pain that I said I was experiencing, or talking about wanting to get proper testing done (MRI). He described the things that I was struggling with as "strange barriers" . When I would describe constant, sharp pains, he'd often ask "is it pain, or soreness........?". It definitely felt like he was minimizing what I was saying. There was often very little interaction between myself, and the Kinesiologist & Physiotherapist I worked with, in the OR1 program. Just brief chats, and assessments every few weeks. It felt like he only cared about me finishing the program, justifying his "role" in my rehabilitation, by hitting higher weight lifting numbers, rather than actually caring about what's best for my injury, and long-term health. I was told that I'd be left with a paired down post-program plan, but I never received that.
