★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iv been going to this location for about 4 months and the help iv received has really been helping me. This is the first time iv had a serious injury and the staff goes out of there way to insure im aware and understand just about everything to do with my injury.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw Eric after a painful forearm injury. He diagnosed it, treated it and gave me some exercises. After it recurring for about 6 weeks before seeing him, it felt much better shortly after treatment and quickly got back to 100%.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is only directed at climbers, I'm sure they would be more helpful for people with other issues. If you are a climber and are looking for help with a finger injury, don't waste your time and money. You'll pay 85$ so they can tell you to quit climbing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there with pain and lack of movement in my right hand, Lillian was so kind, helpful and got my hand working great, the office staff was incredibly friendly, it’s Covid time and the place was totally clean, they take every step and more to protect your health as well as everyone who comes into the clinic, great job folks! And thank you so much !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hurt my wrist at work and went to island hand therapy in Vic West. They were excellent. They handled all the paperwork, wrote reports for my boss and WorkSafe. The therapy I received was effective painless and helpful. They provided me with handouts and exercises to do at home. They even gave me a wrist brace. 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone with hand issues!

First time in 10 years of experience with physio therapy in Canada that I feel taken care of in a very professional way! She is friendly and so well educated ! She is hands on, never experienced it like that before. I see improvement every single time I walk out that door. Thank you!
