โ โ โ โ โ Mฤ is the best yoga studio Iโve ever been to. They honour the tradition from which yoga comes from, which, unfortunately, is quite rare these days. I say this as a Hindu Indian who feels their culture is grossly appropriated. Mฤ offer an array of classes that meet the needs of anyone from beginners to the most experienced. The space itself is beautiful and facilitates a powerful, healing experience. I was fortunate enough to receive a scholarship for South Asians to take their teacher training, and it was a profound experience. I both learned a lot and grew. Victoria is unbelievably lucky to have this studio. It does a tremendous amount for his city, in providing a space for people to heal and recover from the trials of daily life.

Have taken countless hours of practice and training under Katyanna and her Brahmanda team of teachers toward my 500hr, and was honoured to assist in several training programs. So very impressed by the level of dedication and competence teachers showed towards their students. An absolute go-to for high calibre classes and trainings! A+++

Every class at Ma is supportive and non-judgemental and encourages you to deepen your practice in your own way. Both the Sky and Earth studios are the perfect backdrops for the best classes youโve ever have.

โ โ โ โ โ This beautiful urban sanctuary offers so many opportunities for growth and exploration. The teachers and owners are incredibly welcoming and supportive. The support staff are very kind and as soon as I walk in to either studio I breathe a little deeper and feel lighter. Mฤ has changed my life and provided me a second home during a tumultuous time in all of our lives โค๏ธ I am so grateful you all exist.

โ โ โ โ โ Soo happy to have found Ma through a friend who did her yoga teacher training. It is an urban sanctuary with so many interesting and incredible offerings! The teachers have such depth to their training itโs inspiring. Not to mention the energy
& layout of the space itself. So nice to be able to hear beautiful sound healing with the rain on the roof in the sky studio. Being a part time karmi has also helped make yoga accessible while being a student and Iโm so grateful to have it be a part of my life now.

โ โ โ โ โ It means a lot to me that this sanctuary exists. From the first time I stepped into this studio, I felt welcomed and included in the community. All of the teachers are incredible at what they do, and every class feels like a completely new and beautiful experience. The interweaving of movement with music and sound is especially wonderful. I took my 200-hr yoga teacher training here and it was life-changing!
