โ โ โ โ โ Saw me for all of 10 mins, prescribed $150 worth of herbs. The herbs they prescribed taste horrible and I took them back after trying one dose and they dismissed me and told me there was nothing they could do for me.

โ โ โ โ โ I came to the Pan clinic to get help with a severe, hot, itchy rash on my leg & arm. Acupuncture & herbs were used as treatments. After a month the symptoms subsided considerably. After two months the rash disappeared entirely. Thank you Dr. Li Yan.

Once moving away from my hometown, I searched for months to find a practitioner that I felt helped me in the same way my hometown clinic did. I was so happy when I found Pans Clinic! The doctors here are wise and talented at what they do, creating an experience that is both effective and enjoyable!

โ โ โ โ โ Since our TCM/Acupuncture practitioner retired several years ago my wife and I have been without Traditional Chinese Medical services. Recently we discovered the Pan Health Centre, and both of us have had consultations with Dr Li Yan followed by acupuncture treatments and Chinese herbal medicines to alleviate our health challenges. Results of these treatments have been positive and we look forward to continuing our association with the Pan Health Centre.

โ โ โ โ โ Best ever Chinese medicine doctor I 've ever seen! They stopped me from getting bald because of school stress! It saved a life for a girl! I tried acupuncture out of curiosity. It did make my period way better than before.

โ โ โ โ โ I have had a wonderful experience getting acupuncture! I have had sleep issues for a long time and decided to try acupuncture to see if it would help at all. After only the 2nd or 3rd visit I was having an easier time falling asleep and staying asleep. Dr. Yan Li seemed to really understand what I needed and has also given me some helpful herbs!

โ โ โ โ โ Walked in at approx 3:15pm for a consultation. Was informed by the dr she only has until 4pm due to another appt. Which I okayed. The next appt arrived 30 mins early and instead of having that client wait rushed me out. My consult was maybe 10 mins or so. Was still charged for the full consult and prescribed over $300 in meds. I took only two of the 4 bottles recommended. It took 3 requests to get my invoice. The dr informed me she will call me discuss things further and when I called to check in on that was informed by the owner it will cost me again. When I told her I was charged for a full consult despite it being cut so short she said I would be offered a discount. I refused. Two days later the dr surprisingly calls to see if Iโm feeling better, when I said not yet she replied with โit been happening for so many yrs wonโt change that quicklyโ. (Why even ask then). I again didnโt even get to ask her all the questions i originally went for as she said she had a client coming in and has to go. That phone call lasted maybe 3/4 mins.
Sometimes itโs better to decline a new client then treating them this way.
