His approach is to health and fitness starts with you in mind. Dan takes the time to get to know you and how you're feeling. There is no sense of rush or urgency when you're in Dan's care. I'm proud to call Dan my friend and I would highly recommend you check out Recoup Chiropractic and their convenient location within Third Space.

I've worked with many practitioners, including other Chiropractors, since I was a teenager playing competitive golf since then. I must say he is truly one of the best! He is so thorough and has a true desire to not only treat you during the present visit, but ask questions and inquire to be able to offer ways to repair, restore and rebuild your physical condition, fitting his motto at Recoup. Not only is he great as a practicing Chiropractor in Victoria, BC, but he is a pleasure to be around spreading a contagious positive attitude. I'd highly recommend Dr. Skinner to anyone in need of Chiropractic care, whether an acute condition or simply 'maintenance' for the recreational or competitive athlete.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dan is a very skilled and knowledgeable chiropractor. He takes the time to listen to his patients on how to best treat them as individuals and not use blanket theories.
I have had several chiropractors treat me over the years. A chiropractor is not someone I hastily recommend due to their impact on the body, however I highly recommend Dan.

He is super personable and knowledgeable and I already have my next appointment booked. Highly, highly recommend him!

The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. Every treatment is slightly different because he listens to what your body is indicating and treats the source not just the symptom.
I specifically see Dan for treatments as I often suffer from headaches and migraines. Dan is skilled in knowing where the tension is and what adjustment will provide the most relief. He also provides you with techniques that can be applied at home to make your treatment last and so you can feel your best.
I am so grateful that I have him as part of my care team. Dan is supportive, encouraging and always willing to help. He is so personable and one of my fav peeps.
