Great experience in every aspect, if I could give more stars I would. We purchased a full set of appliances here. Joe and Earle made sure we recieved the best possible deal on our appliance package with the bonus of a 5 year warranty. Great looking high end appliances provided. Hats off for the amazing job by Jesse on the delivery. Jesse went out of his way to make sure our difficult delivery went seamless. He worked hard to deliver on our schedule. Our range and refrigerator weighed over 500 pounds each and were not a standard delivery. Jesse was very conscientious about making sure there was no damage to my new appliances, floors or walls. High end service, high end store. I will be purchasing again from here.

Went in for a straightforward quote by supplying the exact product models to the salesperson with one substitution for the washer and dryer. The list was emailed to the salesperson to make it as easy as possible. I had to call over a week later for an update. There was confusion between me and another client which I corrected during this phone call. I was eventually sent a quote for another client. I replied to this email stating the error but no response back. Not the most knowledgeable about in house products either. I asked why there was a price disparity between two hood fans. They didn't know and no initiative was shown on their end as to why one would be better than the other. Positive, it is a nice showroom.

First i wanted to support local business. I called them to order a new stove. I was told by the lady they were busy and she would call back. No return callback. Two days later i drove down there to order the stove. She said she forgot about me. I ordered the stove which finally arrived 2 months later. It was installed and had 2 dents in it. The installer said i could have it fixed or take a discount refunded to me. I said i would take the discount. He confirmed with the service dept and they would call me after the weekend to credit my card. After 10 days I called back and asked to speak with the service man that was supposed to call me back. Not around and took a message. Well you guessed it, no return call back again. Still waiting for a call almost two weeks later. This is the worst possible service from a local business. I do not recommend dealing with this company! I then had an issue with the Frigidaire stove and called them for service. I was informed that Landsdowne does not fix Frigidaire and I must call the manufacturer for help. Save yourself and do not support this business and you will save yourself stress and frustration!

After reading several reviews we decided to place an order for the Frigidaire Professional French door refrigerator and Frigidaire Professional gas range with Lansdowne. Mr. Tavares Kudinda, the salesperson informed us the appliance delivery is running 6-8 weeks behind due to COVID restrictions. Happy to support a local business during these difficult times we placed the order for both appliances along with a deposit in June 2021. On August 10, Mr. Kudinda notified us the refrigerator was available for delivery. We proceeded to the store immediately, spoke with Mr. Kudinda who claimed the gas range was arriving the following week and wanted payment settled in full for both appliances. It is now almost November 2021 and we still don’t have delivery of the gas range. Repeated inquiries about the gas range seldom elicit a response from Mr. Kudinda. When he does respond, it is a terse message with a new delivery date for the range pushed out another month. We are extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service from Mr. Kudinda and Lansdowne for making no effort to deliver an appliance ordered and paid in full nearly 5 months ago. It is clear that once Lansdowne receives payment in full they have little care for the customer. Lansdowne will not receive orders from us in the future. To anyone considering Lansdowne for their appliances do not give in to unscrupulous sales tactics and pay in full for an appliance without a guaranteed delivery date to your home.

Highly recommend! Polite and helpful staff, attentive to the smallest details. Beautiful showroom where chef cooks delicious meals on the Wolf gas range. Guys in the service/parts departments have 25+ years of experience. Friendly, calm atmosphere and the main thing is that the work of the specialists speaks for itself. They will show you everything and will do it in the best possible way. Must mention delivery crew, these guys are heroes, they make impossible possible, provide amazing customer service and test and make sure installation done according to the manufacturer recommendations?

They called me to book an appointment to replace a microwave door since it had a recall. Took the day off to have the person not show up. Call center never picks up or replies to voicemail.

Delivery of my appliances was the best I have ever had in all the decades that I have purchased appliances. The employees were amazing, carefully ensuring that the appliances were lifted over the hardwood flooring, removing a door to allow adequate space and then putting the range on cardboard to protect the kitchen floor until installation would occur. Finally, they rehung the door. Just brilliant. Thank-you Lansdowne Appliances!

Had a great experience with Lansdowne. They were able to fit us in same day. They didn't have the part they needed for our fridge, but were able to secure it by later that day, and return to complete the repair by early afternoon, all within the original cost quote. The tech was friendly and obviously knew what he was doing. Overall awesome, and our fridge is working again.
