Dave arrived with options for the opener and I chose a Liftmaster that can be controlled through an iPhone App. I've already used this feature and I love it!! My outside keypad, inside keypad, safety beam cameras, one remote, and battery backup were included in the cost of this opener. We discussed my options as far as the rollers, hinges, springs, and weather proofing and, given their age & condition, I had those replaced as well. I feel my garage door system is now in top shape and will last for many years. The pricing was fair and the customer service excellent. I highly recommend this company.

We are very impressed by the standards demonstrated by the company when they replaced our garage door a couple of years ago, and more recently, when they replaced the motor for the door. Their approach towards customer service is really that good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After contacting several local companies for quotations for a new garage door, I selected Premium Living based on Dave's knowledge and demeanor when he assessed the job, as well as some very positive feedback from a neighbour. The quote was very competitive, too! On the day of the very difficult installation, Dave worked extremely hard and the result is a garage door that not only works perfectly, but looks absolutely fantastic. Dave also took the time to walk me through the steps of all the openers and the camera app.
If you are looking for a company with excellent workmanship, customer service and price point, look no further. Thank you, Premium Living Victoria!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dealt with Donald when ordering the Mirage screen door. He was very professional and they didn't have ro come measure(and chrarge more). I measured and took a few pics of the door area, and Donald ordered it. My wife said the installer, James was very courteous and professional also. I would highly recomment Premium Living and will use them again in the future if we want more quality products. Cheers
