β β β β β I have been a customer of Nail Sense for several years now and have always been greeted at the door immediately with smiles and a warm welcome. They have always had time on short notice to fit me in. Tom, Dep and Laura are professional and always friendly. I highly recommend their services both for their talents and the great location with plenty of parking available.

β β β β β My pedicurist, Lauren, was very professional, gentle, and caring in doing the pedicure. I usually don't get pedicures, but having just had a hip replacement, I can't look after my feet right now. It was a lovely, relaxing experience and I will go back.

β β β β β Went there for the first time and had a nail fill done for my acrylic nails. The work was so much higher quality than I've had with other places too. I was very happy with the work and the service. The price is average for the service but very worthwhile. Easy to get to and convenient for parking too.

I had my feet done and didn't love that so much. The polish is nice. I wanted a stronger feet rub and I wanted more heel scrub. Next time maybe because she was lovely. I tip because she put in the effort.

β β β β β I've been going to Nail Sense for a few years now. I don't go anywhere else. They are lovely people. Always super accommodating, friendly and do such a great job. I used to get acrylic finger nails before I had to stop for work. But, Tom is amazing! I've been to many salons before and they could never get the shape I was looking for. I'd show them pictures and it was always just wrong. Tom understood what I was looking for and I was always super happy with his work. The other ladies are super nice! I get pedicures now every 2 weeks and even last minute drops ins they accommodate me. Furthermore, I always feel welcomed and super comfortable in their establishment. Highly recommend if you're looking for some much needed nail services.

β β β β β Went to try this place as my main go to place succumbed to arson. Friendly staff, very quick service. I booked for a deluxe shellac French manicure pedicure combo but only received standard (no paraffin treatment) instead (fortunately charged as standard but bummed didn't get the added treatment when willing to pay). Painting quality on left tip index finger is uneven, while small portions of tips for the rest of the fingernails are already chipping off within a few hours. Can't really go back to request correction because leaving Vancouver Island tomorrow for a few days.
Interesting punch card loyalty program. I would probably continue patronage but not likely to request French manicures in future visits.

β β β β β Called for a same day appointment to do a gel polish change and they were able to fit me in the afternoon (an hour and half after I called). When it came time for my appointment, they didnβt realize I also needed my old polish removed (my bad), but went through with the whole appointment anyway, were very welcoming and efficient, and gave me exactly what I asked for.
They went above and beyond to give me excellent service during what seemed to be a busy time of regular appointments, and Iβm truly very happy with my nails.
