The absolute worst Tim hortons to go in Victoria. They are the slowest at making orders, they mess up my sandwich everytime I've tried ordering it when it's as simple as removing one ingredient. They are rude to customers when there is a breakfast rush, two staff are usually hiding in the back behind the kitchen because they feel it isn't their responsibility....pathetic they should fire the entire staff and rehire new ones or not open at all!!!!!

There was a covid β€œoutbreak” almost 2 months ago in Victoria and this location is still closed. They’re the only business in town doing this, it’s like they hate money. Tim’s Corp should take this location over as they cannot run it

I go to this location often, because I live not only 2min walking. I can officially say this is the worst location in the CRD. There a whole slu of issues; from only one person on cash when its line up out the door, and employees stand around, when ordering on mobile getting coffee instead of tea, or different kinds of muffins then the one ordered. I am constantly checking and reminding staff of my order, this shouldn't be happening at all! Not to mention waiting over 5 min for tea when ordered online because they simply don't make enough. This location needs a serious overall, as customer I'll be emailing there partner company and complaining. This is just unacceptable and UNBELIEVABLE, from a Canadian franchise that had stood the test of time !

If you’re wondering where the worst Tim Hortons in Canada is, look no further. Incredibly slow. Staff just hanging around laughing and goofing off with each other when there’s a huge line. The supervisor was making jokes and ignoring customers. It was like a bad comedy of errors. I felt like somebody was gonna pop out with cameras and tell everybody it was a social experiment. Dear owner, show up to your location and watch your money being burned by maladroit teens.

Great happy service. Quick and everyone has a smile. Very nice looking crowd, mostly Navy and locals.

Smaller Tims. The only issue is the radio is too loud, it can be busy and the WiFi takes a while to connect plus parking for RV’s or large trucks terrible.

This is March 27/2021 and this location is closed. The sign on the is not clear what the evolving health issues and shortage of staff is. We are there every weekend and this sudden closure has me concerned if there was a covid problem. I have not had my shot yet. If anyone has any information it would be greatly appreciated by everyone to explain what is going on and how long they have been closed as the store was open last weekend and we sat inside with coffee and breakfast. Thank you.

Often sold out of standard items such as bagles and donuts in the afternoon. Frequently out of promoted items as well. Often lineups that go out the door with a single person working the register, also at noon, when many people are out grabbing coffee or lunch. I can not recommend this Tim Hortons to anyone that values their time or having a standard selection of quintessential baked goods available. The cleanliness of the place leaves much to be desired as well, on a typical day you'll find your shoes sticking to the floor because of unknown spilled liquids while looking for a clean table to sit at, only to settle on sitting on the retaining wall in front of the store because it's probably cleaner. If the front of the store looks like this, I can only begin to imagine what the back looks like. It's hardly ever bussy, how hard can it be to grab a cart, clean the tables and sweep the floors? Only 300 meters further down the road is a McDonald's where you can grab a coffee or muffin if you're in a hurry. I'd like to add that this review is not based on a single experience, but the past six months. I can not recommend this store to anyone. Attached is the average selection at 5pm. How is this acceptable?
