C	Crys Tal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is run poorly, the people that work there just don’t care about anything but their phones(yup I’ve been told by an employee that works there that they do go on their phones when they are supposed to be working) They mess up orders on purpose if you make them upset , they will pop your coffee tops if you make them upset enough (so your coffee drips out the top of the lid when you hit the bumps on the way out). It’s not worth it to go to this McDonald’s anymore, this location has very testy, spiteful immature people at this location
D	Dan McDonald on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 stars because the food is good but the manager - male that's a little short and either Filipino or Vietnamese (I think) is a complete jerk , don't you dare ask for a fresh fries because you will get the dirtiest glare and complete and total attitude and silent treatment ... I'm not sure why but it has happened a multitude of different times, he's fine until you ask for fresh fries. The reason I ask is because I walk far with my meal and I want you to be warm when I get home. If you're reading this Esquimalt McDonald's really should tell your manager that if he hates his job as much as it seems he does there are lots of other places hiring. All the other staff are awesome and they smile and don't mind if you have a special request !

I've ordered online and gotten the order wrong, I've gone in the store and gotten it wrong. And every time I use the drive through I'm asked to park. Unless you're only getting a coffee, expect to be asked to pull through and park. Even being parked and waiting in the lot, they still get it wrong. I'm sure the people that work there are lovely, never had problem with them when it comes to personality or friendliness. But they can't make anything on the menu to save their life.

One time they made me park in the waiting area and the employee snuck up on my car, crouched under my front window and popped up to "surprise" me. It was funny and I didn't mind, but this place is very unprofessional and they always get my orders wrong and have old fries.

Longest drive thru wait, longest pick up wait, and their phone number doesn't work so you can't even call to fix an issue. They've stolen a lot of money from us over the last little while by missing something from every order. No joke. Only go here if you have the time to waste and want to unpack the bag and check your order before you leave.
