They accepted payment for an appointment, then failed to answer their front desk phone lines for over a week. Everyday I try to call and nobody answers, give me my money back or give me an appointment!!! They are aware that I have needed a prescription refill and have left me without it for almost 10 days now. If you show up in-person the staff ignores you and tells you to call instead. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone with time-sensitive issues!

Walked in to book an appointment for a referral. They said I had to call in to book an appointment for the next day (which I haven’t been able to connect with anyone) and was sent away. What a joke of an appointment booking system. .

This clinic is a joke. Trying to get through on their phone line is like trying to enter a radio contest. There is no hold line, you just have to keep calling over and over. They also all take lunch together and leave no one to man the phones, leaving you with a very small window of time to get an appointment. On top of all this, when my wife needed her prescription filled before a trip, they sent the wrong mg amount to the pharmacy, and wouldn't answer the pharmacist for 2 days to fix the issue. Cannot believe this clinic is still operating, but I can certainly understand why their ratings are so sub-par.

Nice reception, but I doubt I’ll be going back. Used the wrong gender on my care card, got my health care number wrong. LGBTQ friendly? I felt like I could not be myself, let alone if you legally changed your gender marker, then it should be reflected on your chart and profile you would think. I thought clinics here had proficient and professional training around sensitive issues like that? There’s a lot of folk out there like myself that have to be stealth at work or can’t disclose certain information about themselves or we would get fired etc. C’mon it’s almost 2022 and this shouldn’t be an issue. I’m originally from a conservative area myself and I had zero issues when I lived there. I’m going elsewhere now for medical needs.

Spent all morning (87 calls over the course of an hour and a half) trying to contact for an appointment only to be met with voice mail every single time until the last. When I finally did get to talk with a person, (over an hour after the clinic opened) the response to queries regarding making an appointment was curt and rude. We didn't get an appointment.

I echo all the disappointed reviews here. It took my wife and years to get a family doctor in Victoria and honestly, I wish we hadn't even bothered. When it is easier to use viva care or some other tele health service than it is to get an appointment with a personal family doctor something is seriously wrong. 2 out of the 3 times I've got an appointment (after calling 30+ times) Dr. Brar failed to send the prescription to my pharmacy. Which I didn't discover until I drove there to pick it up. Then I had to wait until the next working day to call another 30+ times during my own work break to correct the mistake they made. I am seriously considering contacting a local MLA to investigate the extreme level of incompetency at this clinic. There should be a basic standard level of service to operate as a medical clinic

Staff and Doctors are very pleasant and helpful. Sure you need patience to get through for an appointment, but I feel fortunate to have an option after our family doctors left due to retirement, health problems, or better oportunities. People spend all day their cell phones so re-dialing for up to 1/2 hour should not be a big deal! Spotless well kept waiting room and tons of easy parking. So grateful they are willing to work so hard and risk their own health to help us!

Unfortunately other reviewers are NOT exaggerating when they say the phone situation at this clinic is bizarre. They sometimes have call waiting and sometimes they do not. So when you call, you are either put on hold like a normal doctor's office OR there is a message that says you just have to hang up and call again like a radio station. It's really strange and I can't figure out what cost saving benefit this system has. Besides the phone, the staff are very nice and the doctor I see is pleasant, remembers who I am and has generally been accommodating for my issues. There is a ton of parking at this location and it's right next to a pharmacy and grocery store. For me the convenient location and the fact I can even book an appointment outweigh the spotty phone situation.
